Thru-It-All Body Shop is a place that caters to it's customers....they did an excellent job replacing a front bumper on my car and working with my insurance co. In addition, they actually returned my car to my home due to our circumstance. They even cleaned it inside and out before returning it. Hopefully I won't need another body shop fix but if I do, this is the place I would go.

I would choose Thru It All every time if needed. They kept me up to date on progress and were so accommodating in helping me work around my work schedule. The ladies were great in explaining things and even staying beyond closing time to allow me time to pick up my vehicle. Great customer service and GREAT repair work! Thank you!!

Even though the repairs took longer than anticipated and we hit a few snags along the way everything came out great. Missy was so nice to work with and was very helpful when we hit those road bumps. Overall it was a good experience.

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! Insurance was complicating the process to pay for repairs and the GM, Missy, was abundantly helpful and gracious in working together through the entire process, going above & beyond to un-complicate the process. Repairs were completed to satisfaction.

I had a new tailgate painted and installed on my truck. The color was a tough one to match for sure. Every step of the way was perfect! The tailgate came out looking brand new!

I’ve used Thru It All several times in the past, but this last time they thought because it was an insurance job they could pad the bill up. It needed a front bumper cover, a radiator support, a driver side front fender, paint and assorted screws to fix the damage. They added so many extra things that the bill was so much that my insurance company totaled my van. I bought it back, found an honest body shop and had all necessary repairs done for only $2500. ( examples of frivolous items. Replace horn because it had a chip in it. A license plate mount for the front. Fender liners @ $128 each when a set of 2 was only $80 on Amazon. Fender liner screws @ $62.60 each, the same screws you can buy for $7.00 per box at a hardware store. Front wheel cover because it had a black smudge on it. And top it off with a 4 wheel alignment. It drives straight and true. ) Because they padded the bill so much, they didn’t even get the job, and it caused me so many problems getting it legally back on the road. ) Won’t ever recommend them again…

Their customer service is exceptional. I am handicap. They came to my car and did everything in the parking lot so that I did not have to exit my car. They went above and beyond in my opinion. I highly recommend.

Scheduling and communication has been less than ideal. The time required for repairs seems to be 3x longer than necessary. They wanted my car for 5 business days to replace a front bumper and grill. This is a 3 hour process not 5 days. Will update after work is done.
