I've only come here to do Amazon returns, but I've been here plenty of times! The employees are always helpful and friendly. Good place to swing in and out of.

I had such a pleasant experience here returning several packages. They had a long line due to holidays but moved through customers quickly and assisted me with the self serve kiosk. Great experience!

I watched as an employee kindly helped an older couple go on their phone & get an Amazon return slip. She didn’t have a do this. The employees were kind & efficient even though it was busy.

Excellent customer service. Both UPS workers were helpful, friendly, and gave good advice on the most cost effective way to ship my items. They even boxed it all up for me.

If I could give the new young kid that works here a zero star, I would. He was not kind in the words said and how he handled the package. I actually really like the other employees and appreciate how hard they work. The one young kid, however, missed the lessons in not only manners but also showing respect.

Unbelievably bad service. Left on hold for 10 minutes, had to call back and received no apology, no explanation, and no concern over the long wait. NO EFFORT to hold onto my business. Another occasion they responded via email that a service I scheduled on-line through their website was unavailable that day, and did not recommend when it would be available. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere. These people make no effort to help, apologize, nor do a good job. They act like they live of the UPS dole, a company this big can absorb the cost of their bad service.

I have twice now made an appointment to get some documents notarized and both times when I’ve shown up the person isn’t even there. What is the point of having appointments if they are going to stand you up and waste your time? This is a very important document I need to get notarized and I have given them two chances now and both times it’s been absolutely atrocious, go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

This store is the worst I took 3 packages in. They double scanned 1 of the packages, then lost the other.The receipt I thankful got showed the same package label scanned twice with different weights and my 3rd just disappeared from thier store....., obviously not the same package. The manager Carol argued with me saying it wasn't her responsibility. I asked to talk to the franchise owner and never heard anything. I'm owed 300 dollars and will probably never see it.Totally unacceptable business practicesUpdate got a reply still not taking responsibly, and no compensation offered.

UPS lost our package, then a month later after we sent another package to replace it, they found it and delivered it. This item is custom and there is no use to have it returned. UPS will not do anything to make up for their mistake and the people here don't try to put forward an argument for us, they just say UPS won't help you.

How is it every time I come to this exact location i’m always greeted with a rude lady and seems to always be the same lady. This is the second time I have to come here to drop offs return small lightweight package that I wanted someone to come out and get on curbside because I have a baby in the car. She was rude the way she was talking about how there under staff and “always” busy this second time around there were hardly any cars out in the parking lot. Do Better with no attitudes and rudeness.
