Unlike another bank in the area (that has a green double w for a logo) the gentlemen behind the counter were warm AND didn't give me attitude when I came in to get rolls of quarters for laundry. Thanks, guys!

I recently moved to Pittsburgh and miss having a Huntington Bank clear to me. My town and surrounding have everything but this chain. I could easily transfer but I can't. I have never had such an amazing bank to hold my money.Plus, the cat and dog debit card that is now a tap card.... Yay!!

Absolute waste of time. I walked in to change my last name on my account after just obtaining my license with my name change at the DMV. There were two employees there, and the woman was kindly assisting another customer. The man finished up on the phone with a customer and then came out afterwards. He asked what he could help me with today, and I said that I needed to have my last name changed on the account to reflect what my new name legally is and to potentially get a new card reissued to me with my new name. He asked if it was just me on the account, and I had told him that my mother was also listed. He informed me that my mom, who does not live near me, needed to be present in order for me to make that change to the account and he could not assist me today regardless because he was "finishing up a loan". This was at 2 in the afternoon today, and the branch closes at 4. I called Huntington customer service, to see if this was accurate information, and the woman I spoke with kindly told me that he should have been able to assist me and that she is very sorry for the inconvenience. Normally I would not mind, but my closest branch (unfortunately this branch) is about thirty minutes away. I took the day off of work to finalize things at both my bank and the DMV within their hours of operation, and now I have to do so again with the same documentation and information I had on me with my previous visit. I am visiting another branch to make these changes, as I wish to not waste my time again.

I can't thank Huntington enough. On two separate occasions, I was in the early stages of Identity theft. Huntington was able to catch both of these before I even noticed. The Security and Fraud Department was so helpful and all the charges made to my debit card were returned.Thank You Huntington!!

They had a deal in opening a new account and this particular branch was close by so we went. Said sorry they are busy and will be right with us. Waited and waited and waited. There was no one else even waiting, they were just on their computers etc. After an hour we said we had to go, and they just apologized. They weren't rude or anything, I just can't believe they were not interested in getting new customers. Anyways, we are happy to be with another bank. I actually feel relieved we didn't sign up, I can't imagine what it is like once you are a customer and need help!

This Bank is so amazing!!! The ambience is very clean and professional and they provide important information all over about about current deals - their deals are much better than PNC's and they always inform you what they are. I'm telling all my family to go with this Bank. As soon as I came in there was a plate of chocolate and blueberry donut holes and a professional looking man proceeded to ask me if I would like coffee. When I said yes, he offered me light roast or dark roast and if I wanted cream or sugar. AM I A PRINCESS?!? The coffee was even high quality - whatever they were using. The customer service was top tier - they actually made me feel like they wanted me to be there and they were actually happy to help me. There was also almost no line when I came in and ample parking around the building. Can I say these things about other banks, such as PNC which is just up the street? ABSOLUTELY NOT! This Bank is clearly a notch above the rest. This is definetly where I will be depositing all of my checks from now on - and you should too!

Every time I visit this location I always leave with a good attitude. The staff here is always extremely friendly and eager to help with anything you need. I have always been one of those people that absolutely hates going into banks, but not at this location. The amazing customer service this location provides makes me glad that I have switched to Huntington Bank and I can not bring my self to ever using another bank ever again.
