We had a wonderful experience -- Janice is why we came back! We came to this location about 6 months ago just to start looking at mattresses for our new main bedroom. At the time, we weren't ready to purchase.. When we were ready, we came back to this Levin Mattress location just because of our salesperson, Janice! We were happy to see she was working that day and bought a mattress that fits our exact needs within the hour. She was extremely knowledgeable (I would say an expert!) and could answer all of our questions with ease. She didn't rush us at all, the location has plenty of beds to try out, and we are very happy with our experience and purchase. Thank you Janice!!

Both Gary and Janice were extremely helpful in choosing a mattress. What I thought would be a daunting task, with so many to choose from, was made easier with their help. They were very knowledgeable about all of the mattress companies, styles and features.

Janice was very nice and very helpful! In the past I have had a concussion and I needed for her to repeat many things. I brought a family member with me to help out and Janice was great. It took a little longer but she hung in there.

Dan was a great support through this buying experience. He gave us space to try out different options but was immediately available when we had questions. He talked through choices we had within our budget, and was extremely personable and knowledgeable. We walked away feeling confident that we had the best value and a quality mattress. I believe I purchased three different mattresses and bedding from there on three different occasions. Each and every time, the service was top notch. The prices are equal to or better than the brand’s website. Ms. Janice is beyond patient, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the products and NOT in the least way “pushy”. None of the other mattress places that I had visited in the past have made me feel as welcomed or valued.

My husband and I went to look at mattresses late one evening with our three young kids. Daniel was the associate working and was beyond helpful and patient. He wasn’t an overbearing pushy sales person at all, he was available for questions and made us feel comfortable to look around. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Daniel!
