Very good selection. Salesperson was helpful but not pushy. He seemed quite knowledgeable; and, was very focused on being helpful. We found a mattress we liked. Will shop there again if or when the need arises.

I bought a mattress, foundation, and frame from Mattress Firm. Sales person BJ was so nice and friendly. The mattress itself is comfortable and gives a good night’s sleep, but I’m really not happy with the quality of the foundation and frame. The frame feels cheap and isn’t sturdy at all. Just five days after buying it, I reached out to return it, and they told me it’d be a $300 fee to pick it up. I was shocked since the frame was only $50, and the foundation was $200. Charging $300 for a return seems really unfair to customers. Their return policy definitely doesn’t feel customer-friendly and almost feels like they’re trying to make it hard to return items. I even offered to bring it back myself, but they said it had to be picked up by their team. This is something they seriously need to change to be more customer-focused.

I did my research. Tried the bed that I choose online. Patrick educated me about the contents of the matress. I asked to see others that were either more firm or more plush. He gave information on the contents of those as I tried them. Laying on them helped me find out what I liked. Patrick made the purchase an easy one
