Avoid CVS Minute Clinic, they told my my insurance fully covered it and had me pay a $20 copay, then today - 7 months after my actual visit - I received a bill for $119 (basically what it would have cost to go to an urgent care). I called customer support and they were closed and there was no answer. I paid it and the sent me a receipt that consisted of no information just "Your payment has been received". I had to screenshot the actual amount and receipt for my records since they tried to pull a fast one with that "send your receipt to your email" trick. The NPs may be great but the business they work for is sadly quite inaccessible and shady. Never again.

I recently had an appointment for chills. Very good care, NP was very professional and kind. Thorough exam and results within minute, and picked up antibiotics quickly. I'd definitely go back instead of med express or urgent care. Appointments necessary.

Appointments are required and there is little to no wait time! Samantha is great and really cares and listens to you. Way better than any Urgent Care center and way faster than scheduling with your PCP!

This clinic SUCKED. I had to get a TB test, they took my money, gave the injection, scheduled me to come back in 2 days. 30 minutes before I’m supposed to go back to get the test read, they call and say they can’t do it and are closing, oh and are closed tomorrow. So I can’t get it read at all, and they still took my money and gave me the injection for NOTHING now. Customer service number is a dead end, no live person to help. Email, well they’re unable to be reached there too. So I can’t get a refund, can’t have my appointment, can’t get the test read at all. I seriously would’ve been better off not going period. Save yourself the headache.

if you don’t have Covid or the few strains of the flu they test for, you’re not sick in the eyes of the minute clinic apparently. have had amazing experiences at other minute clinics pre-pandemic but this one is a flop. I’d recommend just seeing a doctor if you’re unwell.

I have been going to the CVS location for years. The pharmacists have always been helpful and once the pharmacists even stayed late to fill a prescription. I can't imagine how people of had a bad experience here as the pharmacists and techs have always been very professional.

Not that visiting a pharmacy is really a favorite chore for me, but this location does well enough, and seems to have some very negative reviews that are contrary to my experience. The drive through here is usually quick, and the staff are generally really helpful. Inside has most stuff you need, and there isn't all kinds of crap in here (Looking at you, Walgreens, and also Lebanon Shops pharmacy). If I need to go the the pharmacy, this is where I'll go - definitely a no BS experience. Well, apart from the yard-long receipts, that is.

I think her name is Tara but the lady working at the Minuteclinic here is amazing. Never go to med express.

Incompetent and unfriendly, they couldn't handle filling very basic prescriptions. Insisted they did receive them when they were called in and they weren't very nice about it when they realized we were right and they had missed Requests from the doctor. Absolutely would not recommend this location, it's not worth the hassle

I saw Lauren, a NP I believe. She was amazing. I had better care at this CVS than many “official†doctors offices. Professional, kind, and thorough. Made a frustrating visit as enjoyable and fast as possible :)

I was seen here by Kim Joseph, who was conscientious and thorough. There was no wait to be seen and the cost was very reasonable. Thank you!
