Peg is a fabulous CPR trainer. I learned so much in little time. She made the class feel comfortable and was very straight forward on everything she taught us. She made sure I knew what I was was doing and helped me and corrected me when I needed it. I feel very confident about the CPR training I received today. I am getting my family to be certified by her. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone. She knows what she is training and more.

February 12 marks my two-year anniversary of training with Peg. In my search for a trainer, I read that Peg had run marathons on seven continents. That was all I needed to know. She taught me how to exercise properly and how to improve my diet. She was inspiring! I also started walking 4-5 days a week for 3-4 miles a day. She has a wonderful, out-going personality that will lift your spirits and motivate you to get in shape. As a side note, I am over 70 and feel stronger and healthier than ever!!

Peg makes you burn the calories while somehow making the time fly by. She doesn't have unrealistic expectations of your abilities like other instructors I have worked with in the past; instead, her ask is that you challenge yourself. Her classes can be as intense as you want them to be as she offers modifications based on your level of fitness/experience. I never thought I would be able to religiously get to a 5:30 am class, but Peg's got me hooked!

I have had two other trainers in the past, and I have tried every diet in the book. I have never seen such amazing results, and so quick as I do with Peg! I have lost more body fat and weight in the last three months with her than I have ever in my life. She helps motivate me to work hard every day. I lift or spin with her 5 days a week. (When I am not with her I am itching to workout!) I am down 10 pounds with her this month. Not from dieting, but from her teaching me to make healthier choices!! I love her spin classes, which I now do virtually from home. I also attend her small group training classes which are total body workouts that are innovative and intense. I've been working out with her consistently for 2 years, and I find her workouts to be challenging yet also fun and before you know it the hour is over! What I love about peg is her desire to read and learn about new fitness modalities and develop them within her workout plans. She is also very conscientious of injury and weakness with certain muscle groups and provides on the spot adaptations when needed. I highly recommend this trainer!

Peg provides me a challenging total body workout three days a week and cycling sessions two other days. For a person who never enjoyed working out, I begin my days with Peg . Peg provides me the challenge and knowledge which motivates me to be the best I can be at the age of 48.

I've been going to Peg for the past 14 years. I started taking her kickboxing class at Mt. Lebo rec, eventually pairing that up with some group training sessions out of her home. I now mainly take spin and Bike and Burn classes with Peg. Peg's heath and fitness philosophy is simple, but solid. No gimmicks, no magic pills! Just good sense and kickass fitness classes!

I participated in Peg Pardini's Online Training Program. This is a great way to complete a workout program without having to go out to a gym . It can be done at home or while traveling . Equipment needed is minimal . Peg provides a workout that includes a cardio program as well as toning and will tailor the plan according to the individual client's needs and wishes . The online software is easy to use - there are video examples of the exercises and the client can easily keep track of their progress. Peg responds quickly and fully to questions and concerns. I recommend this program to anyone interested in working out away from a traditional gym setting .
