If i could give zero stars i would. This is the worst 3rd party store I have been to. Don't say I get a phone for free, then my bill says no your phone is not free. Why would I pay the taxes up front on a phone that is supposed to be free. And I have to pay a $50 restocking fee to return the phone. I will never give a 3rd party my business ever. Then they also put things on my plan that did not ask for. Protect and clous storage. Then I call the corporate office and they say they have no jurisdiction over a 3rd party store. If its a 3rd party store, the sign outside the store should say that. This means another carrier will be getting my business when I get back home.
