Already way easier than dealing with the way the Giant Eagle pharmacy was set up. And sooooo much faster. I think this is going to be a wise change.”

“I live in another state, but while visiting the area, I needed to fill a couple prescriptions. I use GOODRX to shop prices on every prescription. Giant Eagle Pharmacy has come up with the lowest price each time. I learned several years ago from my oncologist, “ don’t fall in love with a pharmacy”. Formularies change every year. I thought because I have a prescription drug plan, all pharmacy prices were the same.??; they are not.basic GoodRx is free. It’s saved me thousands of dollars over the years. ?????”
“Always helpful and kind. Recently my father was hospitalized at UHC, 2 hours from my house, and their driver Jonathan about made me cry, delivering my Taltz to the hospital so I could still take it on time and would not need to leave my father's side. Absolutely amazing!”

“I almost never write reviews, but I'm so appreciative of the Pharmacy Tech that helped me yesterday I figured I should. I felt terrible and had to get a prescription filled(last thing i wanted to do) and while they were a bit behind on getting the scripts in, they worked as fast as possible to get everyone's orders done. It's flu season folks, bring your patience lol. What really made my day was when one of the ladies realized I didn't have insurance, and used a discount that saved me $60! I wasn't expecting that at all, and while I may not have looked as pleased at the time due to being sick, the gesture warmed my heart and kept my wallet a little bit heavier. Just wanted to say thanks to the Pharm tech who gave me that discount and to everyone else working hard to keep our local pharmacy running!”

“Staffs at Sam's tire and battery center are always very friendly and professional. They did the job in a timely manner and even tell you extra you did not ask for a check. They did tire installation, flat tire repair, clean the rim, and check the battery very well, more than my expectation. The best one I have ever experienced.”
“So after dropping a friend off at a drs appointment, I was in DESPERATE need of some chapstick (in sensory hell, iykyk). Anyway, I've had a rough week and for various reasons hadn't showered and didn't have a bra on; I'm not going into a store like that, friends, I was in ROUGH shape.So anyway. I figured that Walgreens has a drive through window. I told the lady I know this isn't what this window is for, but I just need some chapstick and have no bra on. This absolute ANGEL of a human obviously found my request strange, but still grabbed me some chapstick and let me buy it through the drive through.I hope I'm not getting her in trouble; but if she's reading this, A PLUS CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY and I will be forever grateful!”

“My Kroger pharmacist was out of the new medication I was prescribed, but they called the Suncrest Kroger to verify it was in stock and sent them my information so that they were ready when I arrived. Kroger pharmacists are always helpful, you won't walk away wondering what to do!”
“To those saying "watch out my car got towed," HOW LONG WERE YOU IN THE STORE that they had the time to think your car was wrongfully parked, call a tow company, and have them pick it up and haul out before you'd made sure the bagger didn't put the eggs under the milk. Smells fishy... Anyway, this particular location has been loving nicknamed "Kroghetto." Not necessarily because it's bad but because it will never live up to mommy and daddy's expectations like "Krogucci" in Suncrest Plaza, and to be fair, they have the biggest, nicest Kroger I've ever seen. But back to Kroghetto, it has what you need and everything's clean with nothing to complain about. It is a tiny bit smaller than average and the parking area can prove testy to traverse but otherwise no major complaints.”
