You don't see too many polite people often ... in my opinion I believe they both deserve five stars on here they both deserve it...

I second about Jacqueline. This plase is a total mess, the manager is rude not only to the customers but to the workers too. I always looke forward to seeing Jacqueline every morning. She was Very polite and always has good manners. She will definitely be missed by me

Very disappointed? went in today only to find out the best employee no longer work's there. Her name was Jacqueline and she really stood out from the rest of the employees. Always respectful and good hygiene. She will be greatly missed by the regular customers

This is my go to place for coffee every morning. The manager isn't always the nicest but the employees make up for it. I see Jacqueline almost every morning and shes always friendly and helpful.

I'm in this store a few time's a day & 1 employee really stands out. Her name is jacq (spelling?) When she started she was very shy & soft spoken. Always willing to help & very friendly. I often overhear other customers complimenting her on her appearance & good attitude. Shout out to the manager for a good hire. You need more like her at night. Going in at night is not the same. The guy's working at night are good but the ladies are very dry/rude. Your lucky if they even tell you the total due.

This Turkey Hill building needs updated. Is ok for the buildings age and size. Some of this locations staff could be a little friendlier too. If you have a choice use Gibraltar or birdsboro locations.
