“Early on a cold Wednesday, I went to Auto Zone to get my alternator tested. To do so, I had to get my battery charged up. The gentleman that assisted me was so helpful and didn't seem bothered by any of the clarification I requested on how batteries work. Ha. Turns out my negative battery terminal was just crusty and needed cleaned up. So glad I stopped in. Wish I could remember the man's name because I never felt like a nuisance or that uncomfortable vibe women sometimes get from auto stores. I appreciate everything and the store was clean and all of the employees seemed friendly as well.”

“Unexpectedly broke down towing a travel trailer. Im guessing this isn't their area of expertise. Turns out I needed a new axle on my camper. Aaron and his guys spent hours hunting one down and installing it after hours on a Friday so I could make it to my destination for family vacation. A+ effort and customer service.
