The staff was very helpful and courteous. Asked if they could preform maintenance on my car before actually doing so. I really appreciate that.

It actually took me longer to drive out and back, than it did to purchase the car. I wanted a very peculiar trim 2023 Camaro. I wanted a 1LS with a 6 speed manual transmission. I was more than willing to travel 71 miles one way. Utilizing the GM price, build vehicle locator, I found my ideal vehicle. The staff was polite and friendly. Ron Lattanzio was knowledgeable about all of the features my Camaro has, and made sure I was comfortable. The financing, aspect also went really smooth. Thanks again to the staff at Crivelli Chevrolet.

I have a 2012 Sonic and have always and solely dealt with Crivelli. Absolutely everyone I have interacted with for whatever reason has been so very pleasant, cooperative and professional. I would not deal with any other dealership for any reason. total confidence!

Took my car in for inspection and also to get my a/c fixed. I told them it was blowing hot air and that I tried to charge it and it didn’t work. They charged it told me it was working then let me leave with it still blowing hot air. The response I got when I called in to ask why they had said it was fixed when it wasn’t was that they didn’t do any “repairs” so there was nothing they could do for me. I paid $150 bucks for them to charge the A/c when the compressor doesn’t even turn on when you try to charge it so that should have been noticed and then there’s a fuse blown.

Made appt to look at truck but then found a better one and talked to the manager and said was no longer interested but yet got phone calls every day or every other day about the same vehicle and this went on for over 2 months of kept calling and I would send them to voice-mail but they wouldn't budge till I had to call and batch to the head manager since the employee calling me everyday was the sales Manger her name was Lindsey. I'd shop somewhere else since all they do is harass ya everyday about a vehicle

If you have a problem after purchasing, expect to get no help from them. From not getting phone calls returned and techs leaving plastic shoved in the frame of my truck after undercoating, but even when you do get in contact not very good customer service. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone!

I can't say enough good things!! Crivelli helped me out in more ways than they'll ever realize! I went in Monday after the engine went on my car (that I didn't purchase there) I was stressed, sick with worry. They were able to get me in a 2022 Mitsubishi Mirage. It's beautiful and great on gas. I didn't have much for a down payment or a perfect credit score and they still made it happen. I would recommend them to anyone. I'll never buy a car anywhere else . From Lindsey calling me after I filled out an application online to Belinda finding a bank to work with me to Rob the salesman everyone was so nice and caring. They knew my situation and did whatever they could to help. Thank you to everyone! If you're debating if you should go here or not , think no more! This is the place to go!

Mt. Pleasant, PA - Rick took excellent care of my family. He listened to my concerns about other options with patience. I recognize good customer service and that exactly what I got. I also spoke with Belinda, Korey and Josh. All four were professional and made an effort to see to my needs. Thanks!

Truth be told if I could give zero stars I would. As someone that works in the customer service business I got to say I am stunned at the professionalism of dealership. I made a deal with the sales manger and after she reviewed with the general manager it turns out they could not stand behind the deal they made.I understand missteps happen. However, with this being their mistake you would think they would be empathic and apologetic... Not even close. I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them for even bothering to follow up on a deal that they made. There are certain ways to deal with customers and they simply don't have it here. The Customer is not king at Crivelli's

Expeditious service with a world-class waiting area. Seating so comfortable I hoped my time there would never end. Coffee so aromatic I felt as though I was standing at the foothills of a Columbian bean farm. I secretly hope something breaks so I can experience the first-class service again.

We kept getting switched from the car we intended to buy. After 6 hours of discussion we were still getting switched from 48 month loan to a 60 month loan. Seat covers that were described as "included" we ended up paying for. We did get the 60 month loan corrected to be a 48 month loan. We probably will not buy at Crivelli again.

Not impressed with the service department. They didnt tighten my oil filter and leaked oil all over my driveway. I had to climb under and finish the job I paid them for. Then they blew it off when I told them. Next time there they claimed wiring was hacked but it was a new truck and Chivelli was the only people to ever work on it. Gave me an outrageous quote on an item that should be a warranty repair. Three strikes and they are out. Took my business elsewhere.

I stopped in today to look at a new Silverado, today was the VERY first time I've ever been to a Chevy dealer, everything was going swell until the sales "manager" if you want to call her that, barged into the office that me and the salesman were talking in and interrupted our conversation. No "HI, how're you today. My name is _" Nothing. She starts lecturing me about how I had to wait a certain amount of time before I could trade in my current truck, blah blah blah, but she was literally yelling. Like a highschool teacher on a power trip giving you a lecture. So crivelli, find a new sales manager because based solely on her attitude and level of rudeness I left, went right on down to Meegan and picked up a brand new F-150. Very disappointing that my first time ever in my life at a Chevy dealership ended with getting yelled at and lectured.
