The dollar general in plaza is kinda sad here in Latrobe....they need more workers...noone is stocking the shelves. they are nice to customers but every shelf looks empty and you can see boxes just piled up! Also freezer/fridges are bare. It doesnt look super clean! i dont like leaving bad reviews. but this place is empty alot of the times...i go there alot because i live super close too it! ??

The DG staff were helpful and courtesy, but they allowed a bunch of kids to bring in the store a pit bull dog that in my opinion was a bit aggressive. The dog actually tried to get to me before one of the older kids pulled it back. I am handicap and walk with a cane, sometimes two canes. If this dog would have bit me, both owner and DG would be liable legally. This happened Tuesday evening on April 11th, 2023. The one star rating is the for the fact I was almost bitten because the staff allowed this dog in their store. Other than that, I would have given at least a four star rating.

This is a great mom and pop store, the deli is amazing, the hoagies are top notch. When you go in pay close attention and there are alot of things that make this place stand out as a great family store!

Mt.Pleasant Dollar General by Shop and Save is the WORST... The employees were so rude NTM didn't give me my $5 off... When the store first opened it was great other than being cold lol but there's no way I'll go back...
