First I need to command Julie, one of the dedicated cashiers for her excellent service over the years. The most efficient and personable teller in all my experiences . When it gets busy though, the management does not help. They look at the long lines and sit at their desk. If you go to hemfield branch Dan Gaster,branch manager gets up and opens up a teller line. I've been coming to this branch for 10 years and it's a very busy branch.I've never seen it done. There was 5.
People in line and a few and drive thru and there was no movement.Some branch managers and people in such positions. are just too good for the average everyday person. I understand the nature of the business and there will be wait time. I've just never seen a response during these wait times in ten years, like i do at other branches
Do not call me, i don't want excuses.

Up until about 2014 I'd never needed a bank for anything more than depositing my checks and paying bills. In 2014 I open my own business, sold that business, opened another business, dealt with Covid and fraud, and the staff at both locations in Mt. Pleasant have been absolutely wonderful. They made it easy to set up my accounts, they helped me migrate from one business to the next, and especially helped us during Covid with the filing of paperwork to secure PPP and Restaurant revitalization funds. Every staff member over there is beyond friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel like you're important and I greatly appreciate it.

Can't believe Mt. Pleasant approved such an ugly, single level, low-traffic business like this be built. Why put a suburban bank building with a parking lot in a vibrant little dense town? No one needs to go inside banks, you could have placed an ATM on a wall.
