Please be aware this bank is on the verge of collapse if they don’t get $40. I made the mistake of paying with this account on my Verizon app in error and the bank returned the payment for insufficient funds. It costs the bank nothing to process an nsf charge and they’ve already wasted more time and money sending me letters, calling me, all for $40 which they try to inflate by then charging a $3 fee every few days.
I’ve banked with them for awhile both personally and business I even helped them setup the ability to utilize plaid with their systems. I couldn’t transfer funds into my business account because their business online banking system isn’t compatible with other institutions.
I hope they can at least stay open for the weekend I know how dire they are for $40.

I can not imagine what a person would have to do to have a bad experience at this branch. Jackie, the bank manager and all the wonderful tellers always greet me with a smile and bend over backwards to help me with anything i need or any question I have. They make you feel like a person and not a customer. We could not be happier with the customer service at this branch.

Its unbelievable what they put us through, I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone.
