Never get your wiper blades changed here. They dropped my windshield wiper arm on the windshield and cracked it. Then made me wait two weeks to have it replaced. After meeting with their regional and the store manager, they finally believed me. To top back to Mt. Pocono to get my reimbursement. I deserve a lot more than a new windshield for what this location put me through.

Good things to say about the friendly and helpful staff at this branch of AutoZone in My. Pocono, Pa. -- especially manager Ashley who was very informative over the phone and then in-person, helping me purchase a vacuum pump. Thanks again!

I went to this location to return a product that I am not going to use. I was told that they don’t except returns of this product. There is nothing on the receipt that states this and was not told when purchase. After they refused I asked to speak to someone else higher up and was denied. I was given phone numbers that didn’t work. I stated that I wasn’t going to leave until I was able to speak with someone. I was then told by the assistant manager “ that is fine we will throw you out “ “Please leave” I said excuse me I’ve never yelled raised my voice or anything I was just trying to speak to someone else. I was then falsely accused of yelling. This has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve never been falsely accused of anything and definitely never been thrown out of a store. I also called the district manger with the number I was provided had no response I left a message never received a call back but the dm called the store to tell them to return the product. So clearly customers mean nothing to them. If so the dm would have called to speak to me. Truly disgusted. Beware of this location and company if they can hire people like this. Waste of time and aggression for no reason.

I am dealing with a nightmare situation where a company that rebuilds torque converters is making me go through some program at Autozone instead of just dealing with me directly.I spoke with the manager named Courtney on the autozone side who initially had no idea what i was talking about. But after some short research, she was able to help me get this TCC send to the reman company and has been a TREMENDOUS help throughout this entire experience. She has called me to make sure i am given updates about the process and has given me a sense of security about this R&R program autozone takes part in.Huge shout out to Courtney, she has provided excellent service.

The worst Autozone I’ve ever been to and considering how low that bar actually is, that’s incredible. Just WOW. I’ve called the GM three separate times and every time he has claimed he was firing every single employee and starting over but that never happens. These people have the EASIEST job in the ENTIRE automotive industry yet still fail at it which is also amazing.

Came there tonight and i was HIGHLY DISGUSTED … I’m a local come there all the time to get things fixed or looked at for my parents cars and my boyfriend cars . On TWO occasions my boyfriend went in there for one , his headlight went out we went in there for a help on what he should get , the lady up front had told him it would be a $500 fee etc. just for your lights i told him we not paying that let’s come back another time. We come back under the oppression that we was going to pay that but a NICE GENTLEMAN showed us the right things to get and it was only $25! Now nobody is complaining about the price it’s the simple fact of not only misleading us on information about cars but overcharging us for ONE SIMPLE LIGHTBULB . Tonight when we came in my boyfriend car cigarette port had blew instead of just having goocustomer service and once again GIVING US INFORMATION ON WHAT TO DO , she basically brushed us off and said “it’s a fuse and NO she would not come out to help & YOU GUYS DONT DO THAT” in other words figure it out yourself …. WHEN everytime i come there and the MEN is working ,there are no attitudes about helping or even showing us what to do without doing it. And yes i had i got rude back but when my boyfriend comes to the car and say how you disrespected him not once but TWICE is very much uncalled for. If you don’t wanna help people and inform them about CAR FACTS then why have the job ? Why work at the counter with that nonchalant attitude? Yes i would be coming back to shop here because nobody else gives me any problems but every time this lady is in there she’s just VERY RUDE .
