“Nice store and friendly staff! A very nice place to go shopping around the area. Lots of stores and some places to eat. The shopping has a lot of variety (toy stores, jewelry, kitchen, clothes, etc). Open later as well so nice variety in hours and availability.”

“Sanai, the store associate, was busy fixing clothing yet had time to reach out asking if I needed any help. Each time, she was able to step in and offer suggestions with color or size.Pleasant and engaging while sharing her information.Overall, the store was neat and tidy with the associates involved in arranging displays and organizing merchandise.Checkout was fast.”
“I was here yesterday with my family. Andrew was in the store at the time holding down the fort. He was a serious delight. He not only helped me, he was gracious with my son. It is clear that this gentleman is great with others and great at what he does. Later, Tara was in when I went back for a pair of pants in a pinch, she was also a gem. The staff here is solid.”
“It's like every other gap outlet, and I don't mean that as a bad thing. They do have some good deals. If you really spend the time you can find good stuff on clearance too but it doesn't usually stay organized. Friendly employees.”
“We come here annually whenever we come up to the Poconos. The one star was removed because of the games they play with coupons. Some places will give you coupons to other stores, but then when you try to redeem, there's all these terms and conditions. Either give the coupon without strings attached, or don't even bother. It's really annoying. Also, not too sure why they open so late when everyone else is parked in the parking lot, literally waiting for stores to open. I understand it's only October, but why keep customers waiting? They have a good amount of stores with a good variety of things for everyone. Hubby got some nice clothes he needed for work, so he really lucked out with all the deals going on. I actually got nice boots at Bass that actually zip up my thick calves; it's not easy finding something cute and something that is good quality. Yay Bass! I wouldn't come here to eat or even get anything from the Dunkin' Donuts; just shop and go home.”
“An assistant manager named Matt went above and beyond to help me find a particular pair of pants that my son loves. There were only 2 in the whole country and he tracked them down and helped us purchase them! Brooks Brothers quality can’t be beat!!”

They also have a child's store in the crossings as well.”
“I love old navy, I will die on this hill. The $8-10 t shirts and tank tops are the only thing I wear anymore to work. Since I'm in a lab, my shirts don't last, however I will say I get especially upset when I've worn a shirt twice and due to no fault of my own (because it didn't come in contact with chemicals) there are multiple holes in the shirt. I am getting so beyond tired of only being able to wear a shirt two or three times before I can no longer wear it in public because there are so many holes in it. The quality both in the regular store and the outlet stores has gone down hill and I think for the price they are charging, it is not worth it for me to only wear it twice. This problem keeps happening, more people keep talking about it and old navy does nothing. My only suggestion is really think about the shirts you are buying, and if you will be ok with having to throw them out or only wear them around the house after two wears.”
“Stopped here on the way home from a resort visit. Selection was decent (though long sleeve clothing is still coming in, so size and color availability were inconsistent) and pricing/promotions were similar to their major competitor. I had no issues with the staff. The only oddity is I was being offered a chance to purchase a bag for 15 cents. I thought maybe this was a local bag fee but no other outlet stores charged for bags. Seems a bit cheap.”

“I was in dire need of brown leggings , and they had exactly what I was looking for and even more. I was greeted while walking in. They have a nice selection for juniors, ladies, children, shoes, boots and accessories. And there prices are spectacular. We walked out purchasing 6 items for $31... I was so surprised with the total. Manager behind the counter was so sweet and personable, you picked the perfect person for that position. I sure will be back.”
