I was unfamiliar with this store since I shopped at north courtland. An associate was very helpful in taking me to the product that I needed and asked if I needed help with anything else.
Another associate helped me as the check out since there was an issue with the coupon slot. He then took me to the register and taken care of me. Said have a nice day and thank you for shopping at our cvs store.

DO NOT GET YOUR MEDICATION FROM THIS PHARMACY!
The pharmacist in charge decided that he knew better than my licensed psychiatrist and refused to fill my scripts. He was extremely rude to my psychiatrist staff to the point they called me just to warn me about him, and begged me to transfer my scripts.
I drove to the store to calmly explain to this man that I have been taking this medication since I was in 2nd grade and I in fact need it to be able to function.
This man called me a drug seeker to my face, told me “It’s her problem she got upset” after I told him my psych team warned me about his behavior, and then began screaming repeatedly ( after hiding behind his desk ) about how I was now banned, I am a drug seeker and he will have me arrested. Mind you, this is all happening before 10:00 in the morning.
I reported him to CVS, I’m making a complaint to the commonwealth, and I am begging you not to fill your scripts here. This man believes he alone gets to choose whether you get the medication you need and will humiliate you publically.

I visited for passport size photo to apply for my passport renewal. White background was used but the photo has shades of gray in white background and eventually my renewal process was put on hold. I had to visit another store for photo service. Not at all recommended for photo service at this location.

I had an issue on Christmas Day and thankfully the store was open with the necessary OTC med in stock.
The associate was very courteous even though she was probably miserable for spending Christmas at work.

Very unprofessional and nasty I tried to have my prescription transferred over to this cvs due to infection and they called the wrong number to verify the script coming from the other cvs and then told me to go to an urgent care to get another script written there done calling the pharmacy????? Are you kidding ? Isn’t that your job ?? Disgusting I hope whoever was so rude and quick to not do there job looses there position.
