I've been shopping in the store for MANY years and I've been through many managers, Krissy the store manager in my opinion is the most professional and friendly manager and is very attentive to customers which is why I get angry when I see people being rude to her or other employees for no reason

I stopped by here to buy balloons and accessories for a birthday on December 23rd. There were many empty shelves, so many empty shelves. There wasn't much to choose from. The girl who helped me with the balloons was polite, but the guy at the checkout was slow and passive.
