Couldn't have been more relieved with how quickly and easily we got my sons bloodwork done. Kim did an amazing job, and my 1 1/2 yr old son is typically VERY hard to draw blood from (the hospital flobotomists have failed in the past with a nurse and assistant). Kim did it by herself and had us in and out in a half hour.
