“I arrived at the UPS store in Mt Pocono at 8:00am when they opened. There were two customers ahead of me and the UPS store manager promptly and efficiently took care of their needs. I had many items that needed to be shipped, including large, framed pictures that had glass covering them. All items were wrapped carefully with bubble wrap and fit into a box like a puzzle. As this was being done, other customers came into the store. The store manager asked each customer what they needed and as appropriate, directed them to the self-service kiosk if they had a return. If it was something else, he was able to help them at the same time he was packing my box. I was very impressed with his helpfulness with me and the other customers and how efficiently he processed everything. I very much recommend this UPS store!”
