While away for the weekend unfortunately found one of our tires to be flat. We took it to midas and within 20 minutes, Lou found the screw embedded in our tire and fixed it! Couldn’t be more grateful to have had such excellent and quick service!

07/30/24 1:00 Pm i visited MIDAS in poconos store to get my oil changed and address an issue with my oil pan. I was incredibly impressed with the service I received. They took the time to thoroughly check my vehicle and found that my oil was full, so there was no need to change it. This level of honesty and professionalism is rare to find these days.
While the person who helped me initially seemed a bit brusque, I understand that everyone has their own natural demeanor. Despite this, the quality of service was outstanding and much appreciated.
Thank you for your exceptional customer service and expertise. I will definitely recommend Midas to my friends and family.
