Went in this morning to get some documents notarized for the sale of a property. The lady who helped me got confused in reading the first of the documents. I asked her what she was confused about, rather than talk to me, she said she needed to call for help. She took my documents over to the scanner. When she came back I told her that there was personal information on those documents and that I didn't want them copied and sent around, she replied "it's okay, it's just this company." Then proceeded to send the email even though I'd just told her I did not want her to. She then got on the phone with whoever she was sending them to, and that person said they were also confused. The documents were just related to a contract of sale, I read them and there is nothing unusual about them. I asked for them back and took them to the nearest notary who understood immediately and notarized them. To make matters worse the woman helping me had a very active cold and should probably not be at work today handling people's documents.

Horrible service. They lost my documents "in between one of their files" and acted like it I imagined that someone had called and said they were ready. Then found them a week later and did not even apologize.Tiffany is the only person that knows what she is doing and everyone in the place relies on (and interrupts her) while she is servicing clients. Do yourself a favor and better train your people or revamp the entire customer facing group, except Tiffany.

I would love to leave an amazing review for Tiffany at Mount Pocono Express! Tiffany is incredibly knowledgeable and respectful. Her expertise in titles and tags is commendable, and she went above and beyond to ensure everything was correct on my vehicle. Great customer service from the staff, patient and careful with all my info. I work in this related field and unfortunately see the brunt of some customers trying to take advantage of women in this environment. This staff handle themselves like true professionals and not once did I feel disrespected or unappreciated as a customer. Bravo!

Hi just moved in to the area and went to register my 5 vehicles 71 camaro. 640 bmw , 328 bmw , 2023 tahoe , 2020 silverado , when I got there they said they would need to see each vehicle personally . I was like ok no problem . Brought in the 71 camaro handed the title and my middle name had a capital L in Paul and she said that was an error and that she could complete the registration but it may kick back I said no problem I’ll take the chance she then changed her mind and said she could not do it I said you just said you could and now your just changing your mind she said yeah I’m changing my mind and she chuckled and refused . Im a USMC Veteran it took a lot to not loose my self at that point because I felt discriminated against not racially but because I was a male and I feel she felt empowered by saying no at that point after she said she could do it but she’s not it was a feeling I never want to feel again. Anyways went down the road to to A registration place down the road by the old Pizza Hut got it done smoothly no issues no attitude just a great experience and the best part I did not need to bring in all the cars individually she handles everything in 1 visit and only takes about an hour. So what ever you do if you want great customer service go to 32 Sterling Rd, Mt Pocono, PA and avoid the nastiness and attitude you get from the staff at 3236 PA-940 APT 114, MtPocono, PA 18344. They just don’t treat you right there. In the mean time I’ll enjoy driving my classic by your window every Sunday when I pick up my pie from Bruno’s pizza.

The customer service that I received from Ms. Tiffany, Jen, and Crystal was completely top tier!! They were warm, welcoming and very informative as well as patient answering every question or concern that I had during my visit there.. They're the epitome of customer service! Thanks!

Becare with this place .Women in the first both when you enter inform me when I ask about what to do with the disposal of an old plate on an vehicle that doesn't run anymore . This blonde hair women falsely tells me I need to return the plate and pay $10 (need to ) .I return a few days later to be informed by a second women in another both ,there is no fee and I can just destroy the plate or keep it myself and that they only charge if you want them to dispose of the plate for you . So one place and two different stories . Maybe the women in the first both wanted to make a quick $10 who knows .. customers be aware and get second opinion when asking or dealing with those people and that business anything ..very shady tag and total place .
