Yesterday at the Mount Pocono, PA UPS Store, I dropped-off a huge, complicated, color-print project that I was sure would not be completed on the same day. I was very much mistaken. The Manager Tamir, who has always been very polite, attentive, and knowledgeable went above and beyond the call of duty. The project was completed with GREAT care and on the same day. Along with Tamir, I find the other staff members to be just as OUTSTANDING. I am one very grateful customer and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the UPS Store in Mt. Pocono, PA.

Purchased a personal mail box only to find out that I cannot use this address to transfer my CDL with this type of address even though it is advertised as a physical address, called back same day to have the mailbox/physical address reimbursed and was treated rudely and denied reimbursement. Place has bad reviews for a reason. Spoke to the owner and under no circumstance is he willing to refund me. It's ultimately his decision and he is clearly money hungry. I would avoid people like that and not give them any business. I had used a personal mailbox at another UPS location and was reimbursed for the time left on my rental agreement.

The worst of the worst. Come here if you want to be tortured, treated like dirt, and your wallet emptied. They'll even charge you to use a pen and scotch-tape! Better come prepared. Awful place. One star is too good.

Horrible customer service. Was returning Amazon products and it took the employee two tries to print the labels “right”. Which isn’t a big deal but the way she went about it was very rude and immature. Then come to find she didn’t rescan one of the packages even after I confronted her and she reassured me it was scanned. Hopefully I’ll still get a refund thanks to Amazon working with me. Never have I had an issue with returning Amazon products at any other ups stores. The guy behind the counter told me that “they have a bad relationship with Amazon”. What?!? This is a funny one…this store will also try to charge you for tape-every time- even when your package is ALREADY taped.

Worst service ever. No patience for older individuals. No recycling??? Doesn't make sense.
Rude staff. Use post office or Amazon drop off and save the headache.

The staff is friendly, efficient and accommodating. They are open 7 days a week and have hours later than USPS which is very convenient. I ship packages regularly and I would recommend this store.
