“At first I did not have the best experience here. Things were unorganized and communication was not great. However the owner James had heard me and has made me and my daughter a priority when it comes to my daughter’s medicine. He rectified the situation and continues to keep his word that we would not have to worry anymore in regards to having her medicine on time and if there was anything that could delay it he will notify me prior to make sure we can find another alternative. I respect him and his business and am happy I stood with them. Communication and understanding is key and they do work very hard to rectify any situation that makes customers feel they are not getting that. That speaks.”

Cat infected with flea and called to ask for help with flea management. They were very helpful in providing options and trying to help the best they can within the limitation of unable to see the cats in person. Respectful and kind people. I called when I was extremely stressed out about the situation and I think they handled it well and deserve the public recognition and praise.”

“Dr. Valese is an excellant dentist. He took great care of my dogs before during and after their dental surgery. He was very attentive and caring with them. He was great with managing the after surgery pain. My dogs actually ate very well that night. He answers all your questions before you even know what to ask. He also has a great staff. They're all very kind and great with all their patients. And Kelly has all the info you need before you even talk with the doctor. Everyone there really cares about about the pets and their owners. It was very comforting to me to know they were being well taken care of with so much compassion and experience. Thank you Dr. Valese and staff for all these years of care for my dogs.
