Don't order online this location gang, you have to literally stand there and quarterback your order like you're at the deli in nyc. 3 for 3 on messing up orders and ingredients. Go in person and make sure it's made correctly till they get better staff back there

I love WAWA but the one in MT Pocono makes the worst subs. I’m a girl from Philadelphia area so I get WAWA - but I can tell you that this is not the norm. I have been to this WAWA at least 20 times but I’d rather drive to Tannersville PA for a decent sub. Alls I wanted was a ham/ cheese sandwich. Bread stale , didn’t take the time to cut it in half and sloppy ! Very disappointing.

Following the trend of most establishments in Mt Pocono, it's worth it to just drive an extra 10 or so mins to another location to avoid this one. Idk what it is with Mt Pocono but the workers here have no sense of pride. This wawa has the worst food service of any I've ever been to and that's a pretty low bar man. If you come here at night on the weekends for cigs and beer or something quick thinking your gonna be in and out it ain't gonna happen. The line is always nuts. Shout out to the women who works at nights who's always gotta mask on. Very sweet and can tell she's overwhelmed dealing with a huge line while clueless other employees walk around doing nothing. Hope you get outta there soon.

Evening service here is the absolute worst in state of Pennsylvania. 50 minutes for a sandwich and they screwed it up. Ordered "extra" for 1.00 and they "forgot". I got 2 pizzas here Monday night and it looks like macaroni and cheese, had to eat it with a fork. The people behind the deli are so lost and confused. Just time punch robots oblivious to reality.
I come here 2 times a day, as I live around the corner. I mentioned something about the service here at night and they told me to go to another Wawa if I don't like it. Which I will absolutely do, because the alternative is to break your jaw and force them to hire someone that wants to work. Until then, there is a brand new WaWa on 611, only 10min away. They have nice employees, quick service, it's clean, and the employees comprehend human interaction.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a place with such trash customer service. I was the only one in Wawa with my friend one night and it took the guy 20 mins to make my drink, And my friend was waiting longer. The dude like left for brake or something idk, night shift is always the worst and idk why I thought coming here was a good idea, I stopped for this reason in the first place.

I usually do not have an issue with WaWa but the one on Route 940 today ... I got a chicken salad sandwich with lettuce. Lettuce was "brown" AND there was barely ANY chicken salad on it. Like I said, they are usually good ...

Don't ever come here. Worst wawa I've ever been to. I absolutely love wawa but this is by far the WORST wawa I've ever been to. They got my families order all wrong. Would not recommend stopping here. ⛔️

I go to wawa every day for many years, and I could say this is the worst wawa than you can go. They got everybody order wrong in my family. The hot chocolate wasn't working and it's my favorite part of wawa. Would not recommend 🚫🚫

I was excited when they were building this place. Unfortunately it is always packed. They made this location way too small. Most of the people that work here are rude and don't want anything to do with you. The people making sandwiches act deaf and refuse to look at you, and the cashiers always act like you're bothering them and want you out of the store.

jersey native & the mt pocono wawa is pretty much the first one i hit when i drive from buffalo ny to new jersey that’s less than a 10 min detour off the highway. i stop every time because where else am i supposed to get coffee, gas & honey mustard pretzels all at one place i mean COME ON. gonna petition for them to franchise in western new york because “speedy cafe” aint cuttin it

Did not give instructions about ordering food, ignored me when I asked for help. My number was called, I went up, my food was not there. Employees were not helpful.
There was a hair in my bagel. Disgusting and unsanitary.
