So I just wanted to put this out there that H&R Block is horrible to work with if you have any issues. We did our taxes this year with them because we had a bunch of different life events happen and we didn't want to mess anything up. Our biggest mistake was using this business.
Payments and refunds aside, we got a letter from our local tax agency and was told we were missing information that was on a W-2. I called them and was told to call a different branch. I called again and was told they would handle it. I messaged the H&R Facebook for support and was told they would handle it. They closed my ticket without informing me or handling the situation. I had the ticket reopened and was told they would look into it. Still nothing.
We ended up handling the situation ourselves. But for the money spent the customer service is horrible and we will not be using them again.

H&R Block never disappoints. I've got my taxes done through H&R for the past 8 years or more. I've used different tax offices around Bedford County, Franklin County, Fulton County and Huntingdon County. I can always count on Sam from the M.U. Branch to always deliver quality work. Professional work and always does her best to walk me through the steps of everything.
