The pharmacy is terrible. Prescriptions are never filled in a timely manor and they never apologize for delays. I had a prescription called in on a Friday, gave them the weekend to fill it, went to pick it up on Monday and was told that they never ordered it. So, now I have to wait several more days. No apologies or anything. This happens regularly here. I'm shocked nothing has been done about it yet.

I saw some pretty cool products here that were reasonably priced. I was also treated very well by the staff when I was here. I will probably come here a little more. Thank you, Rite Aid!

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would... They are so rude and disrespectful. They're BARELY ever open and suddenly they're having a hard time transferring scripts that are rite aid to rite aid. But yet, they do not wanna work to fill the scripts that they don't want to transfer ???Get it together fr...

The pharmacist and staff are very short handed , the store is extremely busy, but the pharmacist is still always happy to answer questions and is more helpful than my doctors lots of times. The entire staff are all very friendly. And even with some very grumpy customers i have personally witnessed quite a few times, once I actually had 911 on my phone jst waiting to hit call. No matter how apologetic and empathetic the pharmacist was there was no de-escalating this customer. As loud as he got everyone was aware that he was mad because it was to early to get his pain medicine renewed. He must have been high because the poor pharmacist explained it in such detail trying to make him understand that a kindergarten kid could have understood the law is the one responsible for his medication renewals. He screamed admitting he took extras some days because he had to because of pain. He was not only completely rude and disrespectful he was verbally abusive and they would have made me proud if they were my staff. Because the pharmacist did exactly what I did with every threatening customer I’ve had to deal with. which my father taught us our whole life. He told us from the time we talked “the grumpier and meaner a person is to you you make sure to be twice as nice to them than normal, occasionally it doesn’t help he said (but ya cannot always please everyone). But he said “even if everyday you can change at least the mood of one customer or acquaintances etc you interact with you will brighten their whole day” I worked at driver license center in Harrisburg I was supervisor and dealt with all the complaints and that’s all we ever got so I wanted to tell you what a great job with all of the crazy obstacles because of Covid losing staff, staff being sick and they still manage to make me enjoy the interaction every-time I come into this store. The pharmacist’s de-escalating strategy could not have been completed more perfectly than he did. He never lost his cool another great impression I got. Which when I taught staff about de-escalating I always enforced that smiling even though u wanna scream and keeping a low controlled tone even though u wanna scream … makes all the difference in the world. We had armed guards in the hallways and panic buttons but with the wrong situation neither of those can help. So always easier to calmly continually repeat in different ways the same apologetics of why it cannot happen usually wears them down eventually. Most mean ppl are looking for a fight. Thank you and Hats Off to the Young male pharmacist and staff for wonderful service even when forced to work under horrible conditions. Thank them for me please! Elizabeth Hack, Neelyton

Called first to make sure they had my daughters prescription. Went into the store and customers were rude and cut line. Pharmacist took his time in front of the only working register answering questions just because the customer always wondered. Finally got checked out only to get home and have my daughter ask where the second one was. She called the doctor and sure enough should have been two, so she went back in and paid for it.

Very poor pharmacy! Gives a hard time! Constantly having to call my sons psychiatrist. They approved my sons medicine and it should not be an issue. Don't recommend them at all! I think they are just giving hard time. As long as doctor approved medicine shouldn't be an issue. Very annoying.
