I've had a storage locker there for 4 years. I have never had a problem and the owners are very nice. They even called me up and let me know that I had forgot to lock my locker one time.

Cleaned out 2 units for an elderly family member who had rented at Hoyt's for over 10 years. Neither unit could be called 'dry' but one, worse than the other, had an absolutely soaking wet floor. No telling how many years water had been seeping in. Literally everything touching the cement floor was ruined.... heirloom antique furniture, framed original artwork, hundreds of leather-bound collectable books, the list goes on and on. If it was in a cardboard box, the water went straight up into the contents and soaked it. We have never seen so much MOLD, had to wear masks during the cleanup. Hoyt's took NO RESPONSIBILITY for the damage. Our family member could have stuck everything outside on his porch with a tarp over it with pretty much the same amount of 'protection'! Rent here at your own risk! If you are a current renter, go over and lift up a few boxes to see the floor beneath!
