The worst pharmacy in the area. They are closed every other day, take a long lunch break (all of them apparently together so it’s closed during that time), never have your prescription ready on time and constantly send you away to come back again. The staff is the most passive aggressive and The least helpful. How long does it take to take a prescription and put it in a bag? Why do I have to come back for a simple prescription three times?

This place sucks besides never having my prescription in stock. They still close for lunch. My 70 year old mother is waiting in line for her prescriptions, at 1:30 they close the window. Tell her to come back in a half hour. Who does that? Not a company that wants to stay in business.

Not bad. There are always boxes that haven't been unpacked lying around. And the one lady there is rude to me. I have no clue why. Everyone else is nice.

Many people pass by this store every day and they don’t take the time to stop by probably because of their busy schedules.I recommend checking out the store every week at least once and they will find out how much they need to get every day items from RiteAide to improve their lives and their health by taking advantage of the knowledge and experience of the customer service they provide.We are very fortunate to have a great local store in our town and we miss opportunity every day we do not take advantage of our local store.

By far the worst pharmacy i ever went to. I had to drive from out of town because my local pharmacy was out of my perscription. The pharmacist Megan did a transfer request. When i got there i asked for Megan because she was the one i spoke to. The cashier told me to get out of line just to speak to Megan. Megan came over only to tell me, "You have to wait in line like everyone else." I couldn't believe what i just heard. I didn't pull myself out of line, the cashier did. So i had to get to the end of the line and wait another 10 mins. I will never go to this pharmacy again. What Megan said to me took 2 seconds and was not worth stepping out of line. She could have just told me that while i was standing there, or better yet smiled and said we got your perscription. Megan was miserable. I go to another Rite Aid and I don't get treated that way. Every time i speak to the pharmacist, they come right over. They don't make me walk out of line only for the pharmacist to be rude to me. Megan was unfriendly and unprofessional. Idk how they let people like that work there.

This place is a complete rip-off. Some items they sell in the store for $5 above what they sell it for online and they won't price matching.

Dr called in perscription at 1000 in the morning for my husband as he had covid. I went at 200 to pick it up. Was told it was not ready and may not be ready until the next day. I use a small, local family pharmacy, however the government is only giving the covid meds to large chain pharmacies for selling to the public. Inexcusable service from the Rite Aid and the distributing of the covid medications.

I prefer this pharmacy over most in the area. Pharmacists are always friendly and helpful. Kaitlyn has checked me out a few times, she is ALWAYS so sweet, kind, patient and helpful. The other older woman that works at the register is always very rude and speaks to you as if you're an incompetent degenerate and I've heard her speak this way to others. I would give this store 1 star if it was for this grinch but the overall store doesn't deserve to get 1 star because of one rotten egg!

Terrible! My daughter had a Covid test appt. They couldn’t find her confirmation. Said she made the appt to early. She said I made it an hour ago. Well our computers are backed up and it can take three hours to come thru!! What happened to she made it to early!!! They couldn’t take her ID thru the window in case she had Covid. Couldn’t touch it!!! I have a question. How are you supposed to return the Covid test back thru the window!!! Don’t they wear rubber gloves?? Said they would call her in about three hours. My daughter made an appt in Hazleton in the Mountain Top Rite Aid parking lot. We went from Mtn Top to Hazleton. Pulled to the window. Gave them the ID thru the window Got the test, took it, put it back thru the window and left. What the heck is going on in Mountain Top?? Also I might mention that I asked to buy some Dayquill. She said ok. She came back and said is this a refill!!! ? I’m not aware of a prescription Dayquill. We were there a good twenty minutes and accomplished nothing. And the pharmacist was telling her what to say to us!!! I called and he said it’s personal preference if they want to handle ID cards and credit cards!!! I’m staying far far away from this place forevermore!!!!

Asked them to refill prescription and they forgot to do it. My elderly grandfather is without medication and they don’t answer their phone. Then I call today they laugh at it. Unprofessional pharmacy and staff. After 11 years with them it’s time to switch. They don’t value customers especially elderly.
