Who ever the blonde lady with tattoos is, that's normally running the register is just absolutely miserable and always rude, slams stuff down and basically yells at you. I was hoping after Rite Aid closed that I'd be happy with the switch. Maybe if they didn't have someone so abrasive running the register it would be better. When the gentleman (who used to work at Rite Aid) is working the experience is always great

Ever since they took on all of the closing route aids customers... had been nothing but terrible experience... slow workers 20 minute waits in line to just find out they haven't gotten to yours yet and when it is complete it's a rarity that your not in line minimum 15 minutes just to pick up a prescription... can't really blame the staff 100% because they're understaffed and definately to on more than they should have already know 5 people that switched out of weis because of this... and starting to think the same.

I am so glad that I changed from Rite Aide to Weiss. The pharmacist is extremely nice and helpful and knowledgeable and they always treat me with respect. Ask if I have any questions I just love this Pharmacy and all the staff members.

The pharmacist on duty this evening was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Never met a more passive aggressive, condescending woman. After transferring from Rite Aid- where I’ve never had a single issue filling any medications- having to deal with Weis Pharmacy was a nightmare. Last month they weren’t able to get my daughter’s insurance to work so I ended up paying out of pocket for a medication that she needed. This month, they still can’t figure out her insurance- or mine. I’ve had prescriptions filled before at the Weis in Hamlin and never had an issue- the one in Mountaintop was AWFUL.

Carol helped me to get my prescriptions filled (when Rite Aid closed & things didn't transfer correctly)
I also love seeing the familiar faces of the Rite Aid Employees, who are now at Weis. 👍

staff is nice and works fast when going to pick up prescriptions, however i tried to refill my inhaler for over a week and only finally after a week of trying to get it did they tell me im out of refills. I wish I had been told over a week ago instead of a day where my doctors office was closed for today and tomorrow, but i got no call or any indication from anyone that my refills were empty.

I asked the female pharmacist a question about an over the counter medicine and she was totally rude to me. All she wanted to know was if I wanted a flu shot and when I said no she didn’t want anything else to do with me. She was very unprofessional.

SIMPLY THE BEST pharmacy of many that I have used over several years. The pharmacists and staff are extremely helpful. Recently they did not have my medication and it was back ordered. One of the pharmacists, Carol, without me even asking, took the time to call and find out which local pharmacies may have it in stock. She then called to tell me where I could go to get it filled. I have been to the pharmacy on many other occasions and observed the staff helping others in a similar way. They really do go above and beyond to help their customers.

Morgan was exceptionally helpful this evening. I misplaced my Club card, but had over 800 points (which were set to expire this evening) and wanted to use them at the pump. Morgan took the time to look up my number, and gave me a note with my number, so I could use my points and receive an $.80 discount. thank you! I. G. F
