Took a vinyl wrap that I order online to the owner of the shop after her staff said she was very good at putting on. After waiting a week for her to come back from vacation I went to the shop which took me 50 minutes to get to. I Also explained that I know I bought the wrap online and it might not be as good quality but I didnt care how it came out on hood. I explained that any job would look better than what I would do. And except any flaws do to my vinyl. She took a look at it for a second and it was a cheap wrap it she would do it cause it would take to long and it wont look good. But that she has her own vinyl that she can use and would be better all for the price of $350. But there was also a 3 week wait. I left the shop a little down because I really wanted my wrap on. I went home and after a BEER. I said the hell with it. I called my friend and said let's try this if we mess up all i lose is 80$. HERE ARE THE RESULTS OF A NEWBIE..

I own a local detailing business. I had a previous customer call me about getting their ceramic coating maintained as well as adding racing stripes to it.Stephanie did an amazing job with this customer’s vehicle (who drove all the way from New York). The matte metallic charcoal wrap she recommended is exactly what the customer wanted and was extremely happy with the result!

Lots of charges added that was never discussed. I canceled and they will not refund deposit. Will take further. I do not recommend this company. Very unprofessional
