Field of Screams lets adults harass and take advantage of minors. They have not fired multiple men who have assaulted women and children. The owners of this place do not seem to care in any way, shape, or form and because of such behavior this place needs to be closed down. I have heard many horror stories from workers and customers alike.

Been there 3 times.. first two were consistent and both pretty scary and a good time. Probably not going back again though because instead of spacing the lines out they send everyone in one after the other which ruins the whole thing as the first person in line gets the scary and you just watch. Seriously whoever is running the place has no common sense or care for what the place is. Just stealing money and doing the bare minimum. Better haunted houses for cheaper this place claims to be the scariest and it's a joke

Went to field of screams with my family on October 22, 2023. The attractions were very scary, including the haunted forest and haunted meat packaging facility. While these features were frightening, the scariest thing was the ghoulishly long line.Although an innocent child lost their life that night, the whole family enjoyed this spooky night. The EMTs tried their hardest, but could not breathe the air back into the child’s lungs. Kudos for trying! Cody the EMT was great! After the incident, my family enjoyed fried Oreos, and my largest child ate a cheeseburger with a donut instead of a bun. He loved it!We will definitely come back for winter city 2023! My largest is begging me for another burger. See you next year!(Removed a star for the loss of life)

This was my 1st time going to the Field of Screams. I enjoyed it very much. I'm a huge fan of horror movies. I watch horror movies like other people watch Rom-Com or Action movies. I'm a very hard person to scare. Be that as it may, the actors did a fantastic job scaring others. I had a good laugh off of that. ???The only thing that got to me was the Spider Den. I am truly arachnophobic. I loathe spiders. They're the creepiest looking critters. When we went in there, I snuggled up next to my husband for protection because he already knows that I'll flee at the sight of a spider. ???I shopped at the Scream Shop. I purchased a Dia de los Muertos Goblet, 1 Cross Body Bat Skeleton purse, 2 Backpack Skeleton purses (1 for me and 1 for my oldest daughter who went with us), a billfold, and a Funny Bones Black Cat Plushie for my youngest daughter who stayed home with Grandma. I wanted to buy more stuff because there were so many items that were appealing to me but I had to put myself on a limit for this trip. ☺️☺️☺️We saw a couple that weren't part of the Field of Screams actors dressed as a bloody doctor and nurse. I absolutely loved it. I stopped them and asked their permission to photograph them and they kindly said, "Yes," so I did and texted them the photos. The DJ was doing his thing. He had us dancing while we were waiting in line to go through the Den of Darkness. Even with VIP tickets the line for this attraction was quite long but moved sort of swiftly. I saw a cute hair bow on an employee who I also asked permission to photograph. So I'm showing off her cute Knife Hair Bow. Great accessory.Lastly, you're not allowed to take photos or videos of attractions once you enter which is a bummer. Having a real live video of a person or a group of people's reaction to being terrified by the actors will boost ratings, sell more tickets, & is a great way to promote Field of Screams. All in all I give this place 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stars. We will be attending again next year.

Blackout night. Girlfriend had a good time until being abducted and "tazed with an electric knife" on the hayride. Many people look forward to being abducted, but maybe let people know about electrical shocks more clearly beforehand, like in the waiver? Have fun with the guests, but don't have employees doing this every year getting more and more of a high by violating others, which is likely to happen. In their defense, they gave her a safeword. In her defense, she was a little too "shocked" and panicked to remember use it. The nocturnal wasteland is a waste of time, although effort has been put into making all the parts of the attraction. Maybe get heating towers for the lines, which people will spend hours in? I've gone twice and largely enjoy myself. I will not be able to convince my girl to go again after this, however. Shame.

I’ve been to this event on a normal evening that isn’t a blackout event, but I highly recommend you avoid the blackout event. Someone being in my personal space fine someone grab me fine there was a bunch of more fun theatrics with the blackout event . It was mostly fun, but my huge problem was with the fact that one of the actors smeared tunafish in my face, I have a full beard so nasty bits of tuna fish all in my beard, and it was the first attraction I went to so the rest of the evening I smell like tuna fish. They used oil base tunafish, which then stained my Carhart jacket($150 bucks?). And I had to strip all my outer layer of clothes off just to get in my vehicle after I was done for the evening. This wasn’t an isolated situation. All the attractions were trying to rub tunafish on people occurring thing on multiple attractions, then a more pressing issue they were cornering people holding them down and making them take something out of a syringe or a shot glass now granted it was what I think is cranberry juice or apple juice or a mixture but it’s not like they had a new cup, or a new syringe for every guest, so everybody was putting their mouth on the same syringe or the same shot glass that they had . In the heat of the moment you just go with the flow, but the fact of the matter is we just got out of Covid and they were so strict last year with the Covid rules at this field of screams event than one year later, they’re jamming things down your throat. They have touch multiple peoples mouths.?!?! I will say they had some SafeWord that they were telling you to use with the actors but the actors didn’t listen. I literally told them not to put tunafish in my face. I told her the SafeWord and she let me pass, but then, as I was leaving that part of the attraction, she said something I was long the line that I wasn’t getting past her and then she changed her mind, and then she rubbed it right in my face, all in a blink of an eye. Nowhere in the waiver that they made us sign, they say they were gonna rub tunafish in our face or make us drink off of community syringes. I feel completely violated not because people were touching me, but because something was rubbed in my face when I told them not to do that. I do not believe the waiver covers the my family, and I just endured.

Had a great time visiting Field of Screams with a group of friends. I haven’t been since I was a teenager, but remembered the lines were very long. Because of this, our group opted to go for the VIP tickets. They were beyond worth it, as the lines were LONG and we got to go through each attraction with little to no wait because of the upgrade. The Hayride was my favorite attraction of all.

This review is specifically for black out night. Be prepared for the actors to touch you and make you do commands. In the hayride, they’ll drag you. I had an actor cover my face with a cloth for what felt like 30+ seconds— mind you this was the same cloth he used on 2 other people right before me. So unsanitary. And the smell of the cloth was absolutely revolting. An actor threw tuna at me. Another actor was spitting out seeds. Some actors make you spin or crawl. A lot of them would try to make you drink some type of juice that they’d squeeze into your mouth (again unsanitary because they used the same thing on other people). I was shoved into a metal chair even though I said scaredy cat (safe word) and I now unfortunately have 2 bruises on the back of my thigh from how I landed on the metal chair from being shoved. Another lady put her bare hand on my lips and was smearing her hand all over my face and again, did the same thing to another guest just a few seconds before me. They may separate you from your group, but you’ll be able to reunite with them during the haunted house or hay ride.I’ve enjoyed going to the normal nights and never had any issue, but blackout night was a bit too invasive and unsanitary for me. Not what I envisioned.

Hayride was amazing- super scary and well done. However, the rest of the attractions had long lines and were pretty understaffed. The whole walk through was usually machines trying to scare you instead of people. Also, they basically blow out your eardrums standing in line with loud music. I didn't appreciate that. I don't plan on going back next year.
