Rutter's is a popular gas station and convenience store chain known for its clean facilities, friendly staff, and good food. Many customers appreciate the variety of food options, which they find better than other places like Sheetz. The food is consistently prepared quickly and served well, making it a favorite stop for regular visitors. The store locations often include truck stops, with amenities like truck parking and air pumps that allow drivers to set their desired PSI, which many find convenient. Customers also enjoy the good coffee and overall cleanliness of the stores.
However, some reviews mention concerns about staff behavior, noting that inappropriate conversations and cursing were observed, which detracted from the experience. One reviewer expressed disappointment that the quality of food has declined over time. Despite this, many customers, including frequent visitors, highlight positive experiences, especially praising certain employees for their friendliness and positive attitude. Overall, Rutter's is viewed as a well-maintained, friendly place to stop for food and fuel, with some areas for improvement in customer service.

Lots of coffee and some good food choices. Not a bad place to stop at all, except for the idiot Northeast drivers that jack up the whole parking lot parking where they shouldn't.

Great spot to break during the day in an area without a lot of truck parking. Nice store with lots of options and large clean bathroom. Great staff as well.
