Casandra was amazing! She was working alone and she handles every one with amazing service knowledge taking care of 3 of us at once ! She listen sweetly to mummy endless chatter while we waited in my phone to answer she was sweet and pleasant and answered all my questions helped me up grade my husband phone . I was very impressed with this young lady! I’m glad I left Verizon for cricket !

Very helpful and NICE staff, all the other places we've been to, like METRO, have been understaffed and rude. Switching to Cricket and going to the Mt. Pleasant store was the best decision ever! Also, we get service everywhere and travel extensively!
