I have been getting my hair cut here every other Friday for almost a year and have always had great service! Today, I walked in and did not recognize anyone that I had seen previously. I checked in online and was very quick to get called for my cut. After getting my hair cut, I reminded the lady that I get a military discount, as I always have no matter who cuts my hair. The lady who cut my hair did not know how to give me the discount on the computer asked another employee how to do it. She rudely walked over and said, "we don't give military discounts" and sat back down and continued playing on her phone. Lucky for me, the lady who cut my hair gave me a free hair cut and I tipped her $20... Normally, I pay $15 and I tip them $5 because I get a buzz cut and it only takes 5 minutes. I wish I had gotten this girls name because I would let you know who she is. I will say that she was working today 10/13/23 at 4pm and she was in the first booth on the right side going in! To the lady who cut my hair, thank you and God Bless.. To the rude lady, get off your phone and practice your customer service skills because you have none!

My grandson has been coming to great clips for several years. They have a card that states how he likes his hair 2 inches long on the sides and 3 inches long on the top. He is now a senior in high school and do for his graduation pictures so he went to get a trim. The hairstylist had his card on hand, and he told her to inches on the sides. Before another word could be said, she took the clippers and clipped him entirely down to the scope across the top of his head! At this point, he was in total shock. There was nothing left to do, but she continued to shave his entire head down to where he is bald. He is mortified and he is despondent I am more than furious! If she had only checked his card or double checked with him, instead of just diving in with her shears all of this could’ve been avoided. He now will not be able to have his senior pictures completed at all. As it will take months for his hair to grow back. I have never been so mad and so disappointed in a business in my life. Neither me or any of my extended family members will ever use this business again, and I intend to spread the word to everyone I can to please be careful because they pay no attention to what their customer wants.Service: Haircut
