Always leave me a notice to come pick up my package at the post office. They could have walked 50 ft and put in front of my door. This is the worst post office I have ever experienced in my 62 years.

Waited in line 15 min while women talked to each person about personal stuff, went and got their mail for them etc. When it was finally my turn, I was told I need to BUY tape to tape a 8 in square box ?

Truly the most inconsiderate and rude carriers I have ever come across. The physical location is well maintained and usually an in and out experience.

I went into the post office in mt pleasant pa wich was to open at 9 when they did open the lady at the counter told me she didn't have any money orders someone else would take careof me then she went in the back ask the very rude lady who refused then I was told to go somewhere else I went to ruffdale which opens at 9 not opened then tarrs not opened what ever they are getting paid is to much!

The carriers at this location are a joke. When I have a package to be delivered it should be delivered but instead I get a notification saying that front door or driveway was obstructed?!?! They are just extremely lazy. Seriously do your job!!!

I received my neighbors mail, mine was also misdelivered except mine is gone forever. They were my once a month coupons. Thanks carrier!

Had been waiting for delivery of an extremely sentimental package. Was "out for delivery" all day yesterday, then at 4:30 PM I got a notification that "package was picked up at post office by customer". I never changed my delivery settings and I definitely never picked it up. Also, considering this location closes at 4:15 PM, how is that even possible?Luckily, the employees and supervisor took my concern seriously, checked into it, and it got delivered the day after.

Literally watched the postal dude take my package elsewhere and they wouldn’t let me go get it. Didn’t follow directions at all.Left several directions on how to get to my house and they don’t listen

Terrible at getting packages out. I have called twice for a re-delivery and the latest time I called they asked if I wanted to come pick it up myself!! How about get your driver's to deliver the packages instead of saying "oops I'm sorry they didnt see the memo and forgot to put it on the truck".??
