“Excellent service. We had a problem with our exhaust system and they were able to fit us into their busy schedule. Cory identified the problem and fixed things in a little over an hour while my wife and I waited. The price was more than fair, too. Will definitely be going back if we have any issues in the future. “This was my first time visiting this shop and my car desperately was in need of an oil change in order for me to make it (quite a distance) home. The ladies at the desk and mechanic were so hospitable and kindly squeezed me in. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and upfront with information too. If I lived locally this would be my go to auto shop. Highly recommend!”

However, we really wanted to purchase through Ciocca because of the Ciocca promise and positive experiences of friends and family.We decided to visit in person and we were greeted by salesman Adam. He was great! Not pushy but friendly.We originally went to look at a used RAV4 and left with a new Highlander...which is really what we wanted.Inventory was a little limited due to shortages nationwide. We still had plenty of choices and everyone was upfront.”

“I bought a 2018 Rav4 Adventure model from Ciocca Toyota in September, it is everything that I was looking for in a car. I added a tow hitch because it has the towing capacity to meet all my needs, with a price that saved me thousands of dollars. From sales to financing, to servicing, Ciocca has treated me very kindly, (really great considering I have no knowledge about some of the requests I had for the hitch and otherwise) ..shout out to Andrew the service manager who worked very hard to make sure I was happy with the vehicle , and was gracious when a popped fuse (not a car problem, a trailer problem) brought me back to the shop.. I have since moved 2 hours away but I will continue to bring my car here for maintenance because I trust them. I have found everyone at Ciocca Toyota to be up right , and respectful, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on a great car !”
“They repaired my trailer for me. I don't know everything that they did but it's like pulling a a new trailer. Actually I don't think it worked as good when I bought it as what it does now. I use my trailer for work. So they did a quick turnaround as far as the repairs. And They showed me some other closed-in trailers and their prices looked really good. So I found a new place to purchase anything trailer related. and for repairs. Everybody was polite and friendly . I'm definitely be back.”
