My mother-in-law had been paying an outrageous amount of money for her supplemental insurances and those policies weren't even paying anything on the services. We got a last-minute appointment and withing 40 minutes, we were out the door, saving several hundred a month. The information given was thorough, and while they were so very busy, I can see why. Frank TripoliA major problem arose with my Prescription Drug Plan. I wasn't getting the resolution that I should have. I contacted this Agency for help. Without hesitation they responded and as a direct result of their assistance my problem with my Prescription Plan was resolved. Here's what I want to emphasize...I wasn't their Client, I asked for their assistance, and they unwaveringly supplied it.
