Horrible service department! Steve, service manager seems to take great joy in holding your vehicle for ransom. Every single time I have gone there what was supposed to be quick turns into hours. The more you fuss, the longer it's going to take to get your car back. If you don't fuss, he will make you wait until you do. The waiting room has Propaganda Fox News blaring.My ex-husband was a Honda mechanic at another dealership. I know the games the mechanics and service writers play. It takes thirty minutes to inspect your car. They make you wait an hour so they can charge you for an hour. My son asked them to look at the brakes for a squeal they seem to be unable to fix for the past four visits (same with a warning light on my dashboard, but I digress). Steve told me the brake pad was cracked, but they could sand it. It wasn't an emergency so it could wait. I told Steve to speak to my son. Next thing I know I am into an hour and ten minutes. Steve told me they were finishing up. Ok, I wait fifteen minutes. They are finishing up. Wait, what? I demanded that they give me my car or give me a loaner. I had to leave. I saw the smirk. He had won. He said he didn't have a loaner. I call BS. I know that any car on the lot can be a loaner, it's called a Demo model. He asked why I seemed so angry with him. Now, they were putting the inspection sticker on the window. FIFTEEN MORE MINUTES TO PUT THE STICKER ON THE WINDOW. Steve tells me it is MY fault bc I asked them to "look" at the brakes. It's my fault it took longer than estimated. It's MY fault this. It's MY fault that. I would LOVE to go to another Honda service place, but there aren't any. If you are a Honda Certified mechanic, you could make a killing taking business away from Ciocca Honda and Sadist Steve.

Was promised that there were multiple new Honda CR-V cars to choose from available at this location, drove 1.5 hrs to find out that they lied and just had 1 with a terrible color scheme. Expect to be misled and have your time wasted if you go to this dealership.

We had some original frustrations trying to communicate through email/text. However, we really wanted to purchase through Ciocca because of the Ciocca promise and positive experiences of friends and family.We decided to visit in person and we were greeted by salesman Adam. He was great! Not pushy but friendly.We originally went to look at a used RAV4 and left with a new Highlander...which is really what we wanted.Inventory was a little limited due to shortages nationwide. We still had plenty of choices and everyone was upfront.
