I bought a 2018 Rav4 Adventure model from Ciocca Toyota in September, it is everything that I was looking for in a car. I added a tow hitch because it has the towing capacity to meet all my needs, with a price that saved me thousands of dollars. From sales to financing, to servicing, Ciocca has treated me very kindly, (really great considering I have no knowledge about some of the requests I had for the hitch and otherwise) ..shout out to Andrew the service manager who worked very hard to make sure I was happy with the vehicle , and was gracious when a popped fuse (not a car problem, a trailer problem) brought me back to the shop.. I have since moved 2 hours away but I will continue to bring my car here for maintenance because I trust them. I have found everyone at Ciocca Toyota to be up right , and respectful, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on a great car !

My 18 year old son was hoping to buy his first truck this week with this dealership. His father and him made the 1.5 hour drive down Monday to test drive and look at a 2020 Toyota Tacoma. They talked about some things wrong with the truck ( a few surface rust spots) and that we would have a motorcycle and a car to trade in. The dealership told them to return in 2 days with the motorcycle and his car for trade in. During this 2 day time they were going to fix the rust spots. We arrived last night at our scheduled time (actually 15 mins early) I had done them a favor and worked with one of their preferred banks and got the loan paperwork all done so we had been ready with the financing, had almost 5k in cash and trade-ins that kbb'd for over 4k. We were well ahead of what the truck was listed with cash, loan and assets. When we arrived they didn't have the rust spots fixed stated they wouldn't do that before a vehicle sold in case it went to auction (a 33k truck isn't going to auction..... especially a Toyota 2 years old at a Toyota dealership), then they claimed since his dad was a painter they thought he may want to fix for $500 off the price, or we could bring back down (again we live 1.5 hrs. away) Then they claimed they couldn't value the motorcycle as the person closed his shop early and KBB couldn't value it, even though me as an accountant no car experience clearly pulled it up very quickly on my phone with a value. You would think this would have been worked out ahead of time to have someone to value it knowing we were coming to buy it and had that trade in, and were told they were interested in. Again we were still trying to make the deal so I stated, could you do something to make this right, make his car worth a bit more or lower the value of the truck a bit to compensate for your mistake of not being able to value the motorcycle for trade? They refused...... We would have been happy with anything $200 on either would have showed good faith and sympathy for THEIR MISTAKE. I have bought 4 new cars in the past 10 years, have an 825 credit score and make almost 80k a year. I own my home and work a very well respected job. My young son is in the labor union and has over a 750 credit score. We were not asking for a handout just some respect. It was a sad situation, as the previous 2 days we were elated with this dealership and spoke very highly of them but now are on the hunt again for a reasonable truck for my son who is a hard worker and deserved better than what he was treated last night. The manager stayed in his office and let the salesman handle it all which was also very unprofessional as this was a little above his level when it came down to losing the sale of several things promised, we at least deserved an apology. I hope this isn't how you treat all of your customers.

I went here to help my parents get a car because there only car wouldn't pass inspection. I even offered to go to my bank to get a loan to do there job for them and still haven't heard from them. I had to go to a different dealership to get a car. This place has very poor customer service I dont know how they sell cars very disappointed I would rate them negative stars if possible. I recommend any other dealership skip this place it's a major joke

Quick, responsive and worked with me to make a deal that I felt comfortable with. The buying experience was one of the best I've had. They even accommodated the fact that I drove from over 3hrs away and stayed open later than normal. If you're in the area, check them out. If you're not in the area, still check them out.

We purchased a Toyota Camry almost ten years ago here and went recently to look at an upgrade. The salesman Matt was very pleasant and took his time to answer all of our questions and even offered alternatives that would fir our budget.

We were just buying a new rav4 there and it was great experience. all explained, car fully pumped up, process not pushy as other dealers with all insurance and services. Here we felt good and we got what we wanted. Marissa was our contact and she was great. i recommend Ciocca Toyota.

I had a positive experience in buying a new Toyota Highlander Hybrid at Ciocca Toyota. I worked with Braydon in sales, and he was very professional and responsive the whole time. I put a deposit down on the car as it had been allocated but not yet built, and Braydon made the process smooth and easy. On the day I picked up the vehicle, all the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I bought a very nice truck from this dealership this week. The staff was very helpful, courteous, nice, etc. I recommend working with Matt Lockard, helped me get in the vehicle I wanted and really cared about getting me the right vehicle. I definitely recommend this place and would go back.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I made a same-day appointment with them for a vehicle, showed up 15 minutes early and they sold the vehicle. Told, "We are in the business to sell cars."

Entire lift gate was replaced, including the back up camera. In reverse, no lines! Camera needs reprogrammed! Dealership was very courteous. Appointment was shorter than expected. Now, just need reimbursed by the insurance company!

As far as I'm concerned, they did a great job for me. They actually called me to inform me that Toyota extended their frame warranty/ recall ( which I didn't even know about ). As it turned out, my 2009 Tacoma frame had 2 areas of concern. After they did the inspection of the frame, they said that they will be ordering me a new frame. Now, I'm just waiting for it to come in, so they can install it. That's a pretty big and technical project that will take 2 techs probably 2, if not 3 days to complete. All at no charge to me. So as always, I give Toyota ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, and I also give Ciocca Service Dept ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
