There is an old lady that works the front desk at CVS she is very rude. Treats my husband and I disrespectful. She threw my items to the side and took other customer instead of helping finish my order. Not very friendly at all. Always rude every time I'm there. Nice to certain customers. Very unprofessional. Rude. I'd rather use self checkout but I always get her.

I needed to pick up a prescription for my 97 year old sister who was in the car with me. We waited forever at the drive up window. The person in the car ahead of us should have been told to go inside. Her pickup needed to be handled inside the store. We waited and waited and waited. Finally our turn and guess what? Nary a person at the windows to help us. The window person had suddenly disappeared. Now we waited and waited and waited for someone to come to the window. Is this any way to run a business? No wonder the store's rating is do low

They don’t call you back. You have to drive over there in person to speak to someone among other annoying things over the years. If anything happens outside of the normal you have to follow up to get things done. I’m not typically a complainer but they just don’t care or are poorly managed or both.

Was using my flex card at the self checkout . Scanned everything before checkout. All approved. Went to pay said i owed $21. Unfortunately didn’t have other money with me. The two clerks there were extremely rude. Telling me there was nothing they could do. I couldn’t return anything to bring the balance down or cancel the transaction. I was actually told that i was at the point of no return. I said so i am to stand here for a week until i have the $? Was told dont know what to tell you. I said it was unacceptable. The clerk behind the counter rolled her eyes at me and shook her head. I told her that her actions were not helping me feel any better about the situation. After about 6 minutes of this terrible treatment she came around and magically found a way to cancel the transaction. More details of the rudeness by her and the male employee but too much to type. Highly disappointed at their actions towards me.

the associate sara would not open the window at drive thru to hear me and i had throat cancer, she was not helpfull at all.

You can’t talk to a person, it’s all automated and you gave to leave a message. Just wanted to know if a new prescription was ready. Will be moving prescription to a different pharmacy.

This cvs is the worst ever!!! Waited in the drive thru for 20 mins got frustrated so went inside mind you I got a text the day before saying my prescription was ready for pick up. The girl behind the counter says you never responded back so we didn't pull it it will be about 25 mins you should come back later and it might be done. Screw that place! I'll be changing pharmacist today! Cvs unreliable, Unpersonable, and uncaring!!

Absolutely the worst pharmacy and pharmacist I have ever delt with in my life! 3 days in a row, I was told my medication would be ready "in 1 hour" and three days in a row I wasted my time, gas and felt completely disrespected by this joke of a pharmacy. They will lie to you, and then speak about you in front of staff and customers. They are completely incompetent and Unprofessional! I have already spoke to my attorney about taking legal action for the way they have played around with me and my life sustaining medication. It's no wonder they can't keep a pharmacist there for more than a few weeks. They hire the worst people imaginable. Only 1 pharmacist has been wonderful and that is the man with the shoulder length white hair. I did switch to Weis pharmacy last month, but my medication was $200 more than usual because Weis stopped taking Goodrx coupons. So unfortunately, my doctor sent my medicine to cvs again this month. I will now travel the extra 10 miles just so I don't have to deal with these degenerate incompetent idiots again!

Google store hours incorrect. They close at 9pm seven days a week.

Unpleasant. Watched as the older women in front of me in the store was treated badly. Because she had trouble with the credit card machine. Then questioning her about buying a gift card. It's none of their business what she's using the card for and why so much. The check out girl was just mean. No one seems friendly at all. It's like ur bothering them. Worse experience at a pharmacy

I WAS IN YOUR STORE AGAIN TODAY AND NEEDED TO CHECK OUT.THERE WAS 2 GIRLS FILLING INVENTORY .HAD TO RING BELL AFTER A LITTLE WHILE ONE GIRL CAME.YOU COULD TELL SHE DID NOT WANT TO BE BOTHERED.THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED.THERE IS NEVER A CLERK UP FRONT .I THINK YOU NEED TO HIRE A STOCKER.VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
