Stopped by looking for a bike for my sons birthday in October. Found a great deal but even better service Dom in bike section dropped everything he was doing to take care of use. It’s not the closest store to me being a Northumberland resident but have had great service all around worth the drive.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Bought cleats for my daughter that were a half size too small. The rudest lady brought the most arrogant manager to tell me they cant exchange them because they were not brand new. I bought them three days ago and tried to return them in the same box with the receipt. Not one nice thing about the experience. Horrible cust service. Go anyplace else.Update- My wife went back 30 minutes later, she was not with me the first time, lots of attitude from the two employees. Once the same manager came up he let her return the cleats. Of course she got a refund though instead of exchanging them.

Had trouble getting help to buy shoes. Then, that store didn't offer a military discount. Won't go back for $140 shoes that no one wants to help me buy.

I am super impressed with the Muncy - Lycoming Mall - location. Their customer service is proactive and very helpful. I want to give particular appreciation to their manager Corey, who sets a great example for his team. Totally happy with our purchase and the service!

Must be good as ever...seems like we're spending $200 every week there lately! Seriously though, they need to keep more men's sizes in stock. Not much selection when they only have one style that fits. Our local boys deserve choices.

In late December I went in this store to look for a brace for my hand for bowling. Do not carry. More recently I went in the store to look for microspikes for hiking. Do not carry. Again I went in the store to look for ear protection for shooting. Do not carry. Recently on the website I was looking at Under Armor leggings. This store does not stop the ones on the website. Selinsgrove in State College does but not this store in Muncy. They did have Under Armor 4.0 for $100 in the store but I don't need 4.0. Regular Under Armor is shown on the website but I have to have it shipped to me. They might as well close this store and open a real Sporting Goods store such as Dunham's.

They have no hunting clothing or guns or equipment it's manly shoes and sports clothing. Even the fishing section skimpy

Very helpful staff, nice large store with many selections. Very clean and well kept, lots of parking and they offer online ordering and exchanges.

At least 1/3 of this store golf equipment, we are in north central PA with absolutely 0 reputable golf courses for many many miles. This area is more well known for its outdoor recreation, particularly beautiful hunting/fishing areas, you would they would seasonally try to take advantage of the fact that there is absolutely no where in the greater williamsport area to buy decent hunting clothes, equipment, etc, since gander outdoors/mountain left, but with the exception of a few small sporting goods stores. It gets one star for being poorly planned and not catering the regional interest.

I went to Dick’s Sporting Goods in Muncy on 12/18/21. At checkout, the young lady behind the counter could not find my Scorecard account using my phone number. I told her that I’ve had this issue before and that it had been found by my email address. She told me she couldn’t do that, that the system cannot search emails. I insisted that it was found before using my email. She repeated that she couldn’t search it. She began scanning my items. I told her I would like the points. She asked the worker next to her and she told her to enter my email as if she were opening a new account and that it would come up. She took my info and then stated that it didn’t come up so she just started a new one. She was clearly agitated with me by this point and scanned my items. No thank you or Merry Christmas when I left so I thanked her and went on my way. This morning, I went on my app to check my information on my score card. Sure enough, my new purchase from yesterday, as well as my other purchases from the year and my rewards and offers were all there. So why did she create such a big deal yesterday? My hope is she was having a bad day if that’s not the case then she probably should not be in retail. I guarantee you will be losing customers if she acts this way all of the time.

New store new location.. No firearm or archery equipment at all. The heart of whitetail and black bear country in Pennsylvania. Very disappointing. Won't be back

Went there today to buy cleats for my son. The salesman/ Customer service rep named Alex at the Muncy,PA location was very helpful and informed about my purchase.

This particular store is moving out of the mall but as long as they keep their same employees it'll be awesome!
