Came here for oil change and to fix key fob on my BMW. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Fixed the issue. Gave me a nice loaner car while they kept mine to work on. I’m usually wary of dealers for service but was very happy with my experience here at BMW of Williamsport. Will come back for sure.

I use to work for an auto group that is world wide and this is by far the worst service department and parts department I’ve ever dealt with. Good luck reaching them by phone you have to drive in to have a conversation with anyone. They shattered my windshield and offered a small discount on the engine work they were doing for me instead of replacing the windshield when it’s a bmw center and a bmw car. The car never should have been able to leave the lot with a shattered windshield that is illegal. I’m also not too sure how you shatter a windshield while trying to do wiring and engine work. They won’t return or answer any calls since I left with the car.

Great service. I initially was looking for a Jeep Grand cherokee for over 9 months. This was the place that had exactly what I was looking for. I live in Indiana, and this dealership is in PA, about 8 hr. Away. Tristan, my sales representative, was very helpful and waited until the weekend (a whole week) for me to come check it out. He was very understanding and patient with me. Great team of people!
