I asked for aftermarket parts to be installed due to my vehicle being just out of warranty. Service department says they don’t do aftermarket parts!! This is a first I’ve ever heard of a dealership doing this … SHADY!!

Dealer marked up a scatpack widebody by 50 thousand dollars. Shady practices. It's a naturally aspirated v8 for God sakes. Not a hell cat or red eye. Fix it, ill remove it. Thanks!

My Ram was 63k, and the dealer can’t even provide a complimentary first time oil change or rotate my tires free of charge? I will NEVER take my truck to Kaiser or buy another truck from them again. Customer service means making me feel valued, and charging me money for a tire rotation after I spend over 60 thousand at your dealer is not customer service. It’s insulting.

BEWARE, Very deceptive salesmen. We sat down to discuss a vehicle, and everything was sounding good until all of a sudden the salesman was looking at the wrong vehicle. Now the deal changed and it was not as beneficial, incentives went away, the price changed, interest rate went to 9%. Needless to say we couldn't get out of there fast enough. Take a chance if you dare, we won't.

I received excellent service at a very reasonable price. I've always been leary of taking my vehicles to "the dealer" as I have heard they are very expensive and often rude. I was pleasantly surprised at the kindness, knowledge, and experience from the time I called in to schedule my servicing and order parts until i walked out the door after my service. I have a hard top Jeep Wrangler. When I called Kaiser's Service, they transferred me right to the parts department to make sure everything needed was properly ordered. My appointment was then scheduled for about 2 weeks out, which is quite reasonable. When I arrived on the appointed day, my parts and mechanic were ready to go. I was told it would take 2 hours. I sat and had my coffee and, after a little over an hour, was headed out to have a cigarette when they told me my Jeep was ready to go. The price, including parts, was right about at $400. That's awesome. I know I have authentic Jeep parts in my new seals and that they were installed by a Jeep mechanic. They gave the inside a quick vacuum cleaning and a spritz of new car smell deodorant. I will not know if it fixed the problem until the next good rain, but the experience was great. Due to this experience, their knowledge, timeliness, and cost, I will not be afraid to go to "the dealer" for repairs anymore. At least THIS dealer. Thanks Kaiser!

I bought a brand new Ram 1500 from this dealership and everything was ok. After about two years the salesman got ahold of me and wanted to know if I would be interested in trading in my Ram. Coincidentally I was looking to upgrade to a 2500 because we bought a camper. I went to the dealership and they had no 2500s on the lot and they couldn’t tell me when they would be able to get one. I looked around locally for about a month and contacted this dealership a few times but no luck. I finally found a 2500 but it was in Harrisburg. Long story short, I bought the truck brand new and was told I could get it serviced at any dealership as though I purchased it there.Well I took my truck to this dealership i was treated like a second hand citizen because I didn’t purchase my truck there! I told one of the owners that I tried to purchase there but they couldn’t help me.So if I need any warranty work done in the future I will need to rent a loaner because his loaners are just for his customers!I told him if I couldn’t get a loaner I would not get my service work done there!His response was and I quote! “That’s your problem!”Needless to say I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership nor will I get any service work done!

Simply the best dealership I have ever worked with and bought from. Staff were excellent and got me the car I wanted. Service is solid and no hassles with the warranty issue I had. They took care of me all the way and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied.

Got the run around over a part availability for almost a month. $800 later the knocking noise that I took my Jeep in for is still present. Whatever they fixed wasn't the problem.

I had an amazing experience with this dealership! They were super tentative! There are so many high class luxury cars on this lot! My car was spotless and the buying process was a breeze! Our sales person Nick was so awesome!! He switched everything from my old car to, my new car all the way down to my car seat installed properly!!!! 5 starts all day!!!!!!Choose Fairfeild!!!
