Have always had good service from FedEx Muncy, but today was unexpected. The driver, Brittany Heck, anticipated that I would prefer the package delivered to my garage vs. my porch. She was 100% correct. She backed into my driveway without any instructions from me. I was able to meet her at the garage door and we loaded the package onto a hand truck. That made it very easy for me to bring the item inside for assembly. I really appreciated Brittany's forethought. Give her a raise!! Thank you Brittany!!

NEVER deliver to the correct address. Always leave pkg on neighbors porch.Need to bring to UPSTAIRS apt. ( never do this. )Package always has on address in capital letters, UPSTAIRS.POOR SERVICE.

My overnight package that I paid an extra $80 overnight fee for wasn't delivered until the following week. When it finally arrived, they tried to hide the original delivery sticker, showing when it was actually supposed to be delivered with a new one showing the date they actually delivered it. FedEx is literally the worst shipping company

Thieves and trash employees . Every time I get a package it’s taped from already being opened or has hole is different side because they are trying to see what items they wanna steal or not . Ship ups or post office !!

We had a delivery coming today that consisted of 8 boxes. The order said the delivery driver will place it in a safe location near my front door, and that I did not need to coordinate any special hand off. I had already prepared the front porch so that it was cleared off and ready for the delivery.I was out of town due to a prior obligation when it arrived, and my neighbor sent me a photo of the order that had been delivered onto the ENTRANCE to their apartment building's parking lot in the back alley!When I reached out to support they assured me they would investigate. 4 HOURS LATER they called me to ask if I found my missing package and seemingly had no idea about what had happened!My sister had to go to my house and move over 300 lbs of boxes so my neighbors could access their parking!See the attached photo, which is clearly NOT in a safe location near my front door. The second photo of their "proof of delivery", which conveniently doesn't show that it's in the middle of my neighbor's driveway.

I was outside with dog when FedEx stopped at drive way and OPEN DOOR AND CHUCKED THE DELIVERY PACKAGE IN DRIVEWAY BEHIND MY CAR TO DAM LAZY TO PUT IT AT DOOR

I’ve had a package out for delivery for almost a week no attempts to deliver made bust tracking says that I was unreachable the first couple days and that I requested a later delivery yesterday which I definitely did not do.

Local drivers decide when and where they are dropping the packages. They took mine to a dollar store without my knowledge.

They deserve a NEGATIVE RATING but it does not allow it.I have nothing but issues when it comes from this location in Muncy Pa. For 14 months this location CAN'T deliver to the correct address even with the address clearly visable.... (UPS & USPS Have NO issues getting our packages delivered to us)I have called Fed Ex directly and filed many complaints. The station manager has been notified and even contacted me via phone and was so rude and cursed me out. I made another complaint to cooperate Fed Ex. Well that station manager is still there.Complaints have also been filed on the drivers that deliver to the wrong place as well.My husbands company stopped using Fed Ex because of this reason which is at Fed Ex loss because his company sends packages daily.Today a package was delivered again to the wrong place. They said it would be delivered by the end of the day today and here I wait. (It is cyrrently after 6pm eastern time)I would pay extra to not have Fed Ex service.The app is no better. Their app keeps saying I am located in Canada.Save yourself time, money and aggrivation by using another carrier.Even DHL delivers here and gets packages to my door.

Fedex is very poor with following through with there estimated times. I had a eta of 11-2 to receive my package. Never showed up during the time they gave me. N adult had to sing for package. What a waste of someone's time.

this place deserves 0 stars for the way they treat their employees. working them like dogs yet cutting pay practically in half due to the “gas prices”. upper management aren’t the only ones that need to put food on the table, pay bills, and spend time with their families. do NOT work here.

Package said arriving today, watched the truck pull up around 4. Dude gets out, delivers the package that goes to my neighbor. Reaches into the truck for my package, stands there holding it for about ten seconds and is like nah. Places it back in the truck, climbs in himself, leaves. Dude wouldn't walk seventy feet to do his only job.

Bad communication, no communication. Lost packages. 1 800 knows nothing. In our area fedex is my last choice in delivery
