Horrible store. They are always watching you like hawks at the register. It’s never that serious, but also if you think I’m spending 100$+ dollars and also stealing your out of your mind back off!!!! But today I had the pleasure of meeting Russ, I had a simple question about a set and he was horrible in answering and just tried to quickly move the pricing sign that was misleading, after I left from the area they threw out 2 more signs to actually show what pricing should be. The right thing to do is try and accommodate the pricing (being a manager myself) but the way he handled that and also tried to not even anwser the question but rather remove the sign was horrible customer service! Love 5 below HATE THIS LOCATION, missing my Jersey stores all the workers out there were so pleasant and didn’t act like everyone was a damn criminal! Go through customer service training PLEASE

Aisles are small. Can't fit two customers in the same space. Nice selection and great prices.

Everything is self checkout now! Hate that when I asked if that's all they had, the girl at the register area answered very snappy and with attitude.

Yes they have items over $5.00 but they also have a lot of items under $5.00 and the selection has gotten so much better since they expanded.

They greet you at the door(weird) but it has cool toys collectables and mad snacks. its an all you can ask for. i gave my kid $5 from the tooth fairy and i still spent like $50. its where he wanted to go and i got toys too. place is amazing awesome.
