I brought my dog here for a grooming appointment and am extremely disappointed with how it was handled. After receiving a bath, the groomer took my boy out front to a grooming table. He was afraid to jump up on the table. She tried to lift him (he's 115 pounds) and he gave many obvious signs that he was afraid and uncomfortable (growling with teeth showing, tail between his legs, back end down and shaking). They apparently do not have steps for these tables, and the tables do not raise/lower. After watching this go on for a little while, and seeing the lady again attempt to lift my boy in an unsafe manner (for both her and my boy) I ended up having to knock on the window and tell them to stop. During conversation she complained that he kept peeing on the floor (because he was afraid). At that point, with the service incomplete, I was told that I still had to pay the full $85.99 fee even though he was soaking wet and shedding everywhere. I'm extremely disappointed with how every aspect of this appointment went and based on this experience would highly recommend against bringing your fur baby here for grooming.

So thankful for my experience at Petco tonight! We tried to trim my dogs nails at home, and she unfortunately started bleeding. Hurried to the store, and was greeted by employees who took the extra 5 minutes past closing to ring me out! I’m super appreciative to the employees who grabbed everything I’d need, and were very comforting! Thank you so much!

There was a king snake and milk snake in an ‘enclosure’ together. King snakes earned their name because they eat other snakes.. milk snakes are also very territorial. Ball pythons should also never be in the same tank…
