I stopped to buy a bite to eat while traveling. Having chosen a wrap and a drink, we hurried on our way. After one bite, I realized it was a wrap of a taco shell with such a small amount of filling that it was barely noticeable, all for $6. Seriously. Sheetz do better!

Muncy Sheetz allows tons of kids loitering in the parking lot late at night all of the time. Screaming and running around. Don't even want to come here anymore. One literally ran INTO me one night not paying attention and didn't even apologize. They are gonna get hit by a car one of these night because they don't pay attention. Welcome to the parenting era where parents aren't parents and don't care what their child is doing late at night.

Swung in here when we were detoured off of the highway. We don’t have Sheetz in WI so I always like stopping at them. The service was great and the food was fast, and I think a cut above normal gas station food. I was surprised to find trash cans by the fuel pumps were overfull with trash all over the ground, along with the one in the men’s room. The seating area for food was not very clean either. I guessed we just caught them after a rush, or like everywhere they were understaffed, but it was definitely not on par with my normal Sheetz visit.

I was so excited about peppermint coffee coming back to Sheetz. The lady made the wrong drink. When I brought it to her attention, she copped an attitude. Said she couldn't take it back, but would make me the right drink and then proceeded to slam cabinet doors. I understand mistakes, but don't get rude with me when you made the mistake. Where is the customer service anymore!

Very kind staff and accommodating. Amber went out of the way to help me out when I ordered something in error that I won’t eat. Very helpful and gentle professionalism.

This review is for Amy Flex the supervisor of this location. I stop at these locations all over and do not need perfection. Good company employees that try. I was here for gas and snack and a potty break. Men's room was the worst I ever saw in a Sheetz. Pig matt thrown down instead of mopping urine stench in air it had been there overflowing trash I dared not to look in stalls. Got snacks told supervisor and she didn't seem concerned about it. Said have a nice day with no acknowledgement of information. I will stop again to update this review if it is a one off.

Coolers usually 3/4 empty because nobody restocks, every gas pump has an empty reservoir for the windshield squeegee/ sponge...empty and dry

I stopped in to wash and vacuum my truck well that was my mistake this the second time that I’ve tried to my truck I thought after I reported it the first time a little over a month ago that they would fix the vacuum cleaner, but apparently they didn’t and when I reported the guy goes oh sorry no refund my money. Or go out looked at it once I can understand but twice nope won’t do that again

Purchased my favorite spicy chicken from this location and it was a little tough and rubbery. Ruth and the manager Adam were super understanding and helpful. In a corporate world of watching every penny it’s nice to see a company truly care about the guest experience. Kudos to them it does go a long way when you have service like that

Stopped in right before 2am for coffee. All creamers were out except oat milk and a few chocolate Carmel. The creamer in the chill machine was also empty. I asked a guy in the food if they were out of creamer. He asked someone to check it on the head set and went about his business. No one came to look so I eventually opened the cabinet and got my own.
