Took my daughter there, sprayed myself in the mouth and eyes with perfume not knowing how to use the display bottle.... I would give higher ranking but I still taste that stuff. I suggest not ingesting perfume.

Helen is absolutely amazing! She was so patient and kind trying to help me find makeup that would work for me. A lot of concealers weren't sitting on my skin well, I think we tried almost every concealer before finding a combination that works for me. A truly positive experience and I will be going back. Thanks Helen!

I go here maybe once a year for a gift card and I’m met with why I don’t come in more at the register. Stop hounding people for their number, I don’t want your loyalty card. After I say no, I don’t need 8 reasons I should. Be happy I’m spending my money in you store and just say thank you or STFU.

She looked at my photo I gave as an example one time for my wedding makeup.
She said she didn't need to see it again. I paid $50 for a trial run for my wedding and this is what I got.
Sorry, but my eye brows were horrible and the eye shadow was yellow at the top. Didnt even have yellow.in the photo and the eye liner wasnt even on both eyes. Also to be honest I'm embarrassed to even show the photo, but wanted people to know in case they go and dont do a trial beforehand, it's not professional makeup. She was an extemely sweet person, but she doesn't know how to do makeup or what the customer asks of her.

Attempted to shop on Monday 4/22/24. Store hours are posted as 10am-8pm. I arrived at 2:50pm, there was a sign on the door stating a “temporary hour change” that the store was closed until 3:00pm. I went to another store and came back to Ulta at 3:10pm, only to find a new sign on the door that stated their “temporary hour change” of being closed until 4:00pm… yet I could see people inside at the makeup counter. Doors were locked. I normally don’t post reviews but after looking at the other reviews, it is evident this is an ongoing problem at this location. I enjoy shopping at Ulta, they have a great selection, but this location really needs to get a handle on being open during posted hours. I hope this location can fix this issue so myself and other shoppers can continue shopping there…(I witnessed a handful of other shoppers attempt to open the locked door as well) I won’t make the drive to come there anymore until the store hours are reliable.

My experience was great I put what I want in the basket and I picked out a blush and asked my mom and sister and worker what color I should get and the worker asked how old I am which I don’t if she was saying I’m too young or was trying to figure out a good color

I just love Jailene!!!I first meet her for a haircut and she did an amazing job. I just had her do my color today, WOW!!!! What amazing job !!!! I love it and know I will be getting so many compliments just like I did on my hair cut.Thank you for making me feel so comfortable!!!5 Stars ?????

I had taken my daughter to get her ears pierced a few weeks ago. It was on a whim and the store was EMPTY. She told me I had to make an appointment for another day. I said there isn't anyone here but fine. We made an appointment for the following day. Fast forward a week and my daughters one ear lobe is completely swollen. So swollen it engulfed her earing.... THE WHOLE EARRING this was OVERNIGHT. She followed the aftercare instructions to a T. I know because I did it. I had to take her to the emergency room to get the earring cut out of her ear. Yes, that's right, CUT OUT of her ear. This wasn't my daughters first ear piercing either. This was her second hole so we are not new to this. I reached out to Ulta for help and NOTHING. They said they escalated the issue and a store manager would reach out. I heard absolutely nothing from these people. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE TO GET THEIR EARS PIERCED.
